For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

Lovely apartment in a great location - close to Sea Point promenade, coffee, shopping and restaurants. Kitchen had everything necessary and the large balcony was great. The only negative was the location of the garage; very difficult to park our small car. There was often street parking available but we were not comfortable leaving the car on the street overnight. Host was great - responsive and answered any questions we had.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt im Apartment, tolle Ausgangslage und eine nette Anlage. Check in und Anliegen vor Ort wurden super mit dem Property Manager geregelt, allerdings waren viele Kleinigkeiten nicht ganz, wie erwartet. Ein bisschen hatte man das Gefühl, dass nun dank unseres Aufenthalts die Wohnung wieder “auf Vordermann” ist. Der Abfluss der Hauptdusche lief nicht ab, die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer war verdreckt und hatte kein Kühlmittel mehr, der Pool war anfangs “milchig” und daher nicht nutzbar. Alle diese Probleme wurden auf unsere Anfrage schnellstmöglich repariert und erledigt, dennoch kann man erwarten, dass solche Wartungen regelmäßig erledigt werden. Daher auch nur 3 von 5 Sternen bei Preis-Leistung. Das Inventar war recht “verlebt” und fleckig (Sofa und Teppich). Am Gebäude wurden Maler Arbeiten durchgeführt und im Gebäude wurde eine Wohnung kernsaniert, was uns aber erst vor Ort mitgeteilt wurde. Remote arbeiten war etwas geräuschbelastet. Alles in allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einigen Abzügen in der B-Note.
