You will be close to the locations of the Costa Bianca and Verde of Portoferraio (about 5/8 km) with its wonderful coves such as Le Ghiaie, Capo Bianco, Sansone, Viticcio and Enfola. A few km away are also the renowned golden sandy coves of the Golfo della Biodola. Far from the chaos you can enjoy the charm of authentic Elba.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils at check-out, carry out waste separation and disposal.

Our company issues electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer profile. The data is mandatory, failure to communicate the same following the reservation may lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.

The living area consists of a living room with double sofa bed and modern and well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. A modern bathroom with shower and bidet. Outdoor terraced area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
