Great little stay in St.Andres, Isola Elba

The house was great for our stay. Great amenities which made holidaying easier. Getting up on the terrace right before the sun is down was a treat. A very easy and pleasant walk to the local beach ( less than 3 minutes), then can do small walks and exploring to other smaller bays. The St. Andres rock formation was incredible ( especially for any of you interested in geology :).

Wonderful summer holidays. Will come back

Great holidays: appartement is big enough to feel comfortable (we are a family of 4 adults), and the roof terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there. The owner is adorable and very helpful. The location is awesome: away from crowds, Sant Andrea offers a real paradise for snorkeling, admiring sunsets, even trekking… We have also noticed a part of the beach transformed to offer a safe natural “swimming area “ for kids.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Schlafzimmer gemütlich, die Dachterasse ganz wunderbar. Michela war sehr gut erreichbar und konnte uns bei allen auftauchenden Fragen Antwort geben. Den mitgebrachten Sonnenschirm mussten wir allerdings festhalten, ein Schirmständer wäre eine gute Ergänzungvielen Dank

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung.Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hervorragend.(Michela war sehr hilfsbereit)Nachteile: FürG rosseinkäufe musste man bis nach Marciana Marina fahren, Apotheke und Bancomat sind in Sant Andrea ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.Alles in allem aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen Ort.

DAs Apartment hat eine gute Lage ist jedoch für vier Personen fast zu klein. Das Kinderzimmer ist winzig und das Bad zu eng. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Hier sollte ein Sonnenschirm fix installiert sein ansonsten kann man sie zum essen nicht nutzen.Der naheliegende Strand ist sehr schön aber immer sehr voll. Ein ganz negativer Punkt ist die Parksituation. Beim Apartment in der Nähe gibt es keine Parkplätze. Man muss das ganze Gepäck sehr weit schleppen. Das Auto muss auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz im Ort parkiert werden. Wenn man von einem Tagesausflug zurück kommt ist es sehr schwierig einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. Man ist dann gezwungen auf einem Gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz zu parken. Damit das Auto nicht die ganze Nacht auf den Parkplatz steht muss man spät Abends noch einmal gehen und das Auto umparkieren um keine Strafzettel zu bekommen.

Dear Franz thanks for your review. When you chose my apartment you knew that there was only public parking and I suggested you to find a car park in the evening. About the double room is not so small: it is comfortable for 2 people on holiday. Same thing for the bath … You are right for the umbrella on the roof… I’m working to put a fixed sail but the umbrella is too dangerous due to the wind. Trovando la casa di Michela sono riuscita a non deludere nessuno degli amici che era in vacanza con me. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutto ma soprattutto della posizione comodissima (a 2 passi dal mare) e dal terrazzino, di cui ci siamo davvero innamorati.

Tolle Wohnung - super Dachterrasse

Sehr schöne Wohnungen, es ist alles vorhanden und wohnlich und sehr gemütlich. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight und hält was die Bilder versprechen. Die Gastgeberin Michela ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Die Lage ist perfekt, 2 Minuten zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tutto perfetto

Ottima posizione rispetto alla spiaggia ( il mare è fantastico), la casa perfetta sia negli spazi che per gli accessori e con un bel terrazzo con una splendida vista sul golfo. Michela attenta e sempre disponibile per ogni informazione. Sicuramente da tornarci.

Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub benötigt, insbesondere auch die Küche. Restaurants, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Von der kleinen Dachterrasse hat man einen einmaligen Blick auf Meer und bewaldete Berge. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub.

Schöne Tage in Sant Andrea auf Elba

Wir waren 10 Tage Gast in Michelas Wohnung in Sant Andrea auf Elba. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen- die Wohnung liegt zentral zum Meer und den Restaurants und Bars an dem kleinen, aber wunderschönen Strand. Michela ist eine ausgesprochen nette Vermieterin, die sich um alles kümmert und keine Fragen offen lässt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit einer großen Küche. Das allerbeste ist die Dachterasse, die man über eine Wendeltreppe erreicht. Von dort aus kann man gut das Meer sehen und den Abend genießen! Eine gute Idee wäre, eventuell einen bisschen größeren Sonnenschirm mitzubringen-die man dort kaufen kann taugen nicht viel. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen😀

Casa con terrazzino stupenda!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Michela! Ha tutto quello che serve, è tutto ordinato e pulito. Si trova in una posizione molto bella, vicinissima al mare ed è stato molto bello goderci le colazioni sul terrazzino da cui si vede il mare e in generale il panorama intorno a sant'andrea. Michela è stata disponibilissima durante tutto il nostro soggiorno e in particolare è stata molto gentile nonostante siamo arrivati piuttosto tardi la sera. Come scritto nell'annuncio non sono inclusi lenzuola e asciugamani, forse questo è l'unico aspetto un po' scomodo. Sicuramente torneremo!

Relax a Sant'Andrea

Casa al centro del paese a 3 minuti dalla spiaggia di Sant'Andrea, molto bella ma affollata nel periodo 13-21 agosto. Noi abbiamo optato per gli scogli alle estremità della spiaggia che permettono il bagno agevolmente. Cotoncello alla destra della spiaggia si raggiunge con una camminata di circa 10 minuti sugli scogli oppure sentiero da una stradina del paese. Cotoncello sembra un laghetto di montagna con acqua cristallina e scogli che permettono l'accesso facile in acqua. Si consigliano scarpette per gli scogli. A Sant'Andrea ci sono diversi localini per cenare, ma se si vuole passeggiare tra negozi e locali bisogna andare a Marina di Campo o Marciana Marina.
