This was a great location and nice place. We stayed for a week of skiing. Would stay here again if visiting Breck.
Positives:
--location was great - easy walk to Quicksilver and Village lesson center for the kids. easy walk to downtown area.
--personal hot tub on the back deck as well as communal pool/hotub area short walk
--kitchen was well stocked
--electronic keypad for entry
--garage with electronic keypad for entry
Negatives (really only minor issues)
--coffee maker is older - needs a new one
--no printed instructions or pamphlet at the place - we had to contact owner to figure out the pool/trash/etc - recommend the owner print out a binder or list with all the check in-out instructions/wifi info/etc.
This is a awesome property in a great location. Easy to get to everything and a fast walk to the Quicksilver lift. Owner was very attentive and the hottub is a great way to end the day. We had a car and never used it.
It was great—although we were a little nervous when we arrived & the front door was wide open! Also, we told the owner there was no lock on the patio door but he assured us it was a safe neighborhood. Just a bit concerning since it was women and children staying there!

Our condo was just at the bottom of Peak 9 making it an easy 5 min walk to Quicksilver chair lift. Condo has a fully furnished kitchen and we even had a bottle of red wine waiting for us! The hot tub was used daily. Easy walk into town for meals each evening. Nice roomy garage to keep our skis. There was also a ski locker by the front door but we chose to keep them all in the garage for easy walk out walk in. Easy parking! Only suggestion Inwoukd have at all is to have a laminated sheet with the bus schedule. We walked and skied each day but not everyone might do that. WILL DEFINITELY be back if they’ll have us!
We had a wonderful time at the One Breckenridge Place townhouse hosted by Charles. He was very easy to communicate with and the townhouse was clean in great shape and had a wonderful layout. The perfect place and location for a ski trip with any type of group! Our family enjoyed it immensely! Thanks Charles!
The location was absolutely amazing. Beautiful property. Nice and spacious. The kitchen was perfect and fully stocked with everything we needed. I love that there were fans and humidifiers for every room. We had such a great time being able to hang out in the town home and watch tv or simply walk out the door and 5 minutes later we’re in town. We will definitely stay there again.
There was plenty of space for our family with two teen boys.
Our stay was perfect! Everything we needed plus more! Convenient location to everything! Our teen boys are opposites, so it was so nice that at the end of the day, they both had their separate rooms and bathrooms. The private hot tub was nice too!
We choose this property for it's short walk to both the Peak 9 lift and the town, but also for its private hot tub (unsure of covid-19 restrictions at other properties). We were extremely happy with the accommodations and would definitely return. Garage parking and a spot for an additional vehicle were also a nice to have. Although the entire unit has access to cable/wifi, I recommend bringing decks of cards or a few board games for additional fun. Charlie provided excellent instructions to access the property and was very responsive to all communications. Enjoy your stay!
Firstly the owner/manager had great communication and very responsive to any concerns or questions I had with promptly replies. The check-in-process was very easy and well explained. The unit was exactly as described and very clean. The location is ideal for any first timers to Breckenridge; centrally located and basically skin-in-ski-out to the resort and only 1 block to main street. Location can't be beat. The neighborhood is clean, calm and organized. Overall I highly recommend this unit and this owner and would 100% stay at this home again. Might be one of the best personal home rentals I have ever stayed in. Thanks Charles for allowing me to stay!

Sweet Spot, Great Property
Awesome location, 1/4mi walk to lifts and downtown. Well maintained property with all amenities provided.
Owner was friendly and answered any questions about the property we had. Great week with no issues.
Only two parking spots are available for the unit, one in the garage and one in the driveway. We had no problem but this is a hard limit for groups that plan to bring more than two vehicles.

This is a nice duplex with a good location, within easy walking distance to Main Street. It had a good floor plan for my needs and was clean. It did have several small issues that I feel should be corrected, they add up. The refrigerator/freezer did not work properly, freezer was at 32 ish and fridge was above 40. Ice maker didn’t work. A few lightbulbs were out, non worked in the garage. The hot tub was dirty and the pump ran constantly, it never cycled off. I would have liked the decorations to be mountain/ski type to fit the setting (just a personal preference). The biggest issue I had was that maintenance/house-keeping came into the garage to get the trash can to take to the curb and on another day someone ran the doorbell and put a key into the door while my 17 yr old daughter was there by herself (she hid in the closet). The property management company said it was probably someone who was at the wrong address. When I got home a house keeper was next door and I saw several house cleaners/maintenance people at neighboring duplexes often through out the week. I would expect notice for someone to enter a house I am renting. Contacting the owner was not the best either, I asked him about insurance and he simply said to see HomeAway contract and I had to ask for check in procedures 3 or 4 days before I arrived.

Picture better than property. Carpet on stair way was dirty. Deck size was small, chair on deck old and looked broken. Location was great

Amazing!
The townhouse is perfect. It had everything we could need from dishes and pans to hand warmers for skiing. Charlie the owner was so helpful in answering all my questions, even when I called him with last min questions. The location was amazing & walkable to everything. I highly recommend this rental.
