Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet just minutes to downtown Breckenridge, the charming Chalet Montagne has everything needed for a great getaway to the mountains. The Chalet’s in-town location ranks high on the walkability scale being only three blocks from shopping and dining on Main Street, two blocks from a free shuttle stop that runs throughout town, and a short walk to the gondola for a day of skiing or hiking. This cozy cottage takes you back in time to when Breckenridge was a sleepy mining town, with warm, inviting interior spaces and delightful alpine furnishings, creating a perfect setting for a weekend escape or much-needed vacation to the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

This is an adorable, well maintained and spotless older Victorian home. The kitchen is fully stocked. The location is walkable to all of Breckenridge’s Main St. Having 3 bathrooms was a real plus even though 2 were in the hallways. We would definitely stay here again!

Mountain vacation home away from home

The home was very welcoming. The entrance is on an alley behind High St but the hosts are very communicative and attentive. We had a great, relaxing stay and enjoyed being in walking distance to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.
