Best rental possible

Everything was perfect and then better than that. The property was lovely and the apartment so well laid out and thought out. Every time we started to say “things are great, I only wish they…” We would discover that they had indeed thought of that. Jenna herself was out of town most of the time but so responsive it was never an issue. Family members nearby took care of any of the few things that came up. We know Santa Barbara and the neighborhood well, and being at Jenna‘s was just like, or better than, being “home.“ We will definitely return.

I live in downtown Santa Barbara- the place I discovered and fell in love with 25 years ago. I raised my 3 boys here and 2 of them were born at my home just a few steps away from Alice Keck Park. Over the years as my neighbors have grown older, we have been able to work with them to enable us to rent a gorgeous collection of properties all near each other and around the beautiful downtown parks near the Arlington Theatre and the new pedestrian walking mall - the theatre district. We have built a community here with guests and a back yard central stage and every so often have a mellow outdoor concert with family and friends and guest musicians (yes, that could be. you!)- this is how we got through COVID and kept our sanity. I love to host guests from around the world and hope you will stay with us!

Santa Barbara is unique in its architectural style, beautiful beaches and its location nestled in between ocean and mountains. Its location and beauty has earned it the name "The American Riviera". Santa Barbara has a rich history exemplified by the beautiful courthouse and the world famous Santa Barbara Mission and enjoys a rich cultural and tourist industry tradition. Some of our famous celebrations include the Santa Barbara Independent Film Festival, the Solstice Parade and the famous Fiesta Days celebration in August.
