Walking distance to State Street promenade, theaters, restaurants and bars, and block away from local parks, including the Alice Keck Memorial Garden "turtle park" and the Santa Barbara Mission. Easy bike ride to the beach.
Sun-drenched and modern residence with mid-century modern furniture and decor, with the main floor boasting a beautifully-appointed living and dining area equipped with a 55" inch Smart TV and gas fireplace, and an open kitchen with updated appliances and expansive windows. Upstairs features a comfortable master suite in the mid-century style, with an adjoining office/lounge area featuring an executive desk (curved ultra-wide screen), and views of local landmarks and the Riviera hills. Primary bathroom recently updated with marble countertop and a walk-in shower. Lower floor includes secure parking in private attached garage, as well as spacious laundry area and guest bathroom.
