Communication with the hosts was amazing! The ladies were very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location was perfect and exactly what we wanted. The tube was down the road and we never ate at the same place twice.

The property was very clean and tidy. It's a studio apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for a couple.Easy access to Bond St tube station (2mins). So it was easy to get the underground when required.But we walked most places, SOHO about 15mins, Marleybone 2mins, Hyde Pk 10mins, B'ham Palace 15 mins.Anna was exceptional with her communications. Checked we'd arrived and that everything was going ok during our stay.Very attentive and thoughtful.

Lovely place to stay in an amazing neighborhood in London! I was there for London Marathon weekend and I was sceptical due to noise comments in previous reviews however I found it to be quiet compared to busier areas nearby. It is tucked in a perfect spot and walking distance to so much, close to the train station and hop on hop off bus stop. The stairs to go up were yes very narrow and winding, they were not kidding lol. They also had a good AC unit in the bedroom and nice big smart TV. The windows opened in the kitchen and bathroom. The host was super attentive and responsive. Highly recommend.

Anna was extremely kind and reached out several times to be sure we had everything that we needed. This small apartment was furnished with care and we were very comfortable staying there. As Anna states in her ad, there are steep narrow stairs to climb. We are fit, so no worries for us. We felt completely safe in her neighborhood. Due to the urban setting, you should expect street noise. If you want an authentic London experience that offers easy access to public transport and many dining and shopping options, this place cannot be beat! Thank you Anna for your warm hospitality!

Wonderful communication throughout. A fantastic location right in the heart of London with easy transport and walking options. Obviously they warn you about the noise, it certainly is a noisy area with late night road cleaning and early morning bin collection of note - more so than the restaurants for us; however this didn’t detract from the benefits of the location and apartment for us. We would stay again! Do take those ear plugs and be prepared if you are a light sleeper this may not be good for you. Also, ladies, make sure you take a mirror. While there is one in the bathroom there is no dressing table; which would have been the only thing I would have liked that I didn’t have access to. Overall, very happy with the space.

Great location! Busy area with lots to see and lots to do. Good shopping, even groceries within walking distance. Close to the Tube station, easy walk to Hyde Park.
