About the property
Set on the edge of the Peak District, Rye Top Farm welcomes you to step into a world of luxury, where immaculate attention to detail is showcased through opulent interiors and intricate designs. The retained features exude character and charm, while the family-friendly amenities and spacious communal areas create the ideal setting for socialising and entertaining. Should you wish to explore the area, head to the famous pots and pans monument (just a stone's throw from the property), dine at the cosy, local pubs or venture to the pretty village of Uppermill with its abundant restaurants and boutique shops.
The space
This stunning home welcomes you with the luxury of underfloor heating. As you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious utility room and a handy boot room, complete with ample storage and a convenient dog wash, perfect for cleaning off muddy paws after a scenic stroll.
Venture further into the inviting living room which features original oak beams and a beautifully restored fireplace. After exploring the vast countryside, light the cosy log burner and relax on one of the many sumptuous sofas with your favourite programme on the Smart TV.
The fully-equipped, modern kitchen boasts all the amenities you'll need to self-cater with ease, including a gas range cooker, an American fridge/freezer and a L'OR coffee machine. Gather around the breakfast booth as you plan the day ahead, savouring a freshly ground coffee to start the morning right. Meanwhile, the formal dining room is complete with a 14-seater dining table and an additional log burner, perfect for evening meals, sipping on the finest of wines and toasting to the good times.
The house comprises seven delightful bedrooms with cosy soft furnishings, vaulted ceilings and characterful features. There's one accessible bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, French doors leading to the garden/parking area and an en-suite with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, there are four more bedrooms, including three king-size zip and link bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms, while the third has a shared shower room with the remaining double bedroom. Finally, the second floor comprises two king-size zip and link bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite shower over the bath.
Step outside and you'll find yourself on a spacious patio offering stunning views across the Peak District National Park. Take your pick from two luxurious six-seater hot tubs, fire up the BBQ and come together around the dining table for an evening of socialising under the star-lit sky.
