The Space:
The Beeches is a delightful three-bedroom holiday let with a spacious layout and great facilities for a stay to remember in Cumbria.
It boasts plenty of natural light, thanks to a floor-to-ceiling bay window in the living room and neutral tones in the bedrooms, creating a bright and airy ambience. Beautifully designed with modern furnishings throughout, the apartment features carpet flooring in the bedrooms and living room, and stone floors in the kitchen.
As you walk in from the entrance, you will find the kitchen on the right-hand side. If you love cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a trip away including a hob, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker, and more!
The outdoor space, accessible from the kitchen, offers bistro tables and chairs for enjoying the morning breeze or pre-dinner aperitifs.
The first door straight ahead from the entrance hallway opens to the living room. The living area is equipped with two leather sofas, and Smart TV and a small, fully installed and commisioned woodburner. The wooden dining table sharing the space ensures everyone can share a good meal any time of the day.
The family bathroom has a bright interior and is fitted with a bathtub with an overhead shower, a WC, and a wash basin.
The room next to the bathroom is the single bedroom. Featuring a desk area that can be utilised for work or studies, bedside drawers and a lamp, together with a walk in cupboard providing clothes hanging space, a chest of draws and a mirror, this space has everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
The second bedroom offers a king-size bed and a white wooden chest of drawers plus hanging space for your belongings.
The third bedroom, located on the second floor, is another relaxing area with a double bed, a single bed for added convenience, sloped ceilings, and beautiful countryside views.
There is a boot-room/laundry room available at The Beeches. This space includes appliances including a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a barbeque for outdoor use.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to The Beeches are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.
Private on-site parking is available for two vehicles immediately adjacent to The Beeches.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at The Beeches per reservation.

Village was peaceful and attractive, with a great pub doing food just 5 mins walk from the property.House was comfortable & clean, thank you. Good kitchen utensils, plenty crockery, mugs, glasses etc plus teabags, salt, pepper, oil etc on hand.
