The perfect way to relax… what’s better after a day out exploring the hustle & bustle of the city, than putting your feet up with fresh cotton linen waiting for you. A unique gem, this property brings the colour, history and excitement of Brighton to you - every room has a theme and tells its own story. With an abundance of bars and restaurants, pop out for an evening meal or for a drink or two.

Right in the heart of Brighton in the traditional London Road neighbourhood, you’re surrounded by a vibrant, artsy vibe with a mix of student and professional business culture. With The Level, one of Brighton’s largest parks only moments away, there are lots of attractions and facilities at your leisure. You’re a stone’s throw away from trendy galleries and shops, the historic Duke of York’s Picturehouse, the UK’s first cinema opened in 1910, and the Brighton Open Market which offers plenty of fresh produce, diverse food options, and charity shops - so there’s plenty to keep you busy!

Situated just outside the city centre and North Laines, this property offers the perfect balance of liveliness and tranquil peace and quiet.

Brighton Open Market - 5 min, North Laines - 10 min, City Centre - 12 min. The Level - 4 min, AMEX Stadium - 15 min, London Road train station - 5 min, Brighton train station - 10 min.

The entire property (including the garden) is for your private use!

On the ground floor, a nature-inspired, open-plan space filled with lush plants, an antique WWII binoculars, and double sofa bed awaits. Kick your feet up in front of the 50-inch Smart TV, including Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+. For extra ambience on movie nights, turn off the lights and light up the fireplace in a colour of your choice with an LED remote found in the coffee table.

The kitchen has all you need to make your own Michelin-star meal (pots with lids and frying pans, bowls, chopping boards, colander, sharp knives, and other utensils) as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining area comfortably seats six guests.

Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms and the separate bathroom and WC.

Bedroom 1: The Writers’ Refuge Room

A serene, literary-themed retreat with classic quotes and posters. It sleeps two with a king bed (can be split into two singles) and includes a dedicated workstation, ideal for both work and relaxation. With Superfast 500mb Fibre Wifi available, you’ll get your work done in no time!

Bedroom 2: The Vintage Vibe Room

A tribute to classic cinema and music with a red statement wall, vintage posters, and iconic album covers. Sleeps three with a king and single bed.

Bedroom 3: The Coastal Culture Room

Inspired by Brighton’s beach, pier, and Pride culture, this vibrant single room features a blue accent wall and colourful posters and a single bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, bath mat, hand soap, and shower. The WC is located next door in a separate room and includes toilet roll and cleaning supplies.

Other things to note:

Parking is not included with your booking, however there is paid parking on nearby streets from the property which can be paid through the PayByPhone app or JustPark app from as little as £2 (rates can vary). The closest space is on Richmond Road, a 1 min walk away.

We are flexible with early/late check-ins and check-outs, please enquire.

Most of our guests use the ‘Stasher' app to store their luggage before and after check-in and check-out - or book to stay an extra night before or after events.
