This property was perfect for a large group visiting Brighton. Excellent access to cute brunch spots and easy access to the beach and town centre. The rooms were all comfortable clean and well equipped. The living room area was large enough for all of us hanging out together. The yard was nice for a few drinks. The kitchen was fine for the few days we were there. The hosts were amazing and very helpful with regard to check in and parking.
Great stay - accom well equipped, is spacious & clean with a quirky lay out and bundles of charm. Justin was a brilliant host & was responsive, flexible and friendly. Only 20 mins walk into the centre in lovely neighbourhood- highly recommended!

Clean comfy stay
Nice clean house. Not to far from the centre about a 20 mins walk.
The house is clean, the bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is small but well-equipped.
The lounge is small, and the table does not sit 12 people comfortably.
Parking is a nightmare, complicated and expensive.
Host was amazing, house was good size. Kitchen too small for big groups. Parking is a nightmare, so sort that early. Baths took a lifetime to fill. Would be better with shower in the room. Overall a good clean house.
the property was nice and comfy clean and had plenty of space and bedrooms. well laid out in a great area which was easy to get into town, the bus stop is outside so easy to jump a bus would totally recommend. the vendor was superb and made sure we had all we wanted
As a group of university students, we had a brilliant time at this property. The house was spacious and modern and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fitting 12 people around the table is a squeeze but with so many nice places to eat nearby this wasn’t really an issue. The DVDs and games provided were a lovely addition to the property. Location wise, the beach is within walking distance and there are lots of good bars in the centre of town about 25 minutes away. We would definitely recommend the property and hosts. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Lovely house with good comfortable accommodation
Very nicely decorated property with plenty of space for the 8 of us for a family birthday celebration. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with lots of extra crockery and cutlery. Full range of equipment, all in working order.
Beds were very comfortable and all linen/towels were good quality. The bedrooms were very light as the blinds did not stop much sunlight in the mornings. We could all sit comfortably around both the dining room table and the outside table. We had a lovely weekend and found the location excellent.

Good Stay For Extended Weekend
Stayed for an extended weekend over the New Year, with a mixture of family and friends which included seven adults, a child and small dog! House fitted us all in comfortably! Located in the hilly side of Brighton and only a short walk to beach or town and a little further to the marina. Pub across the road does excellent pizza’s and if you don’t feel the need to cook, there are plenty of local other pubs/Takeaways to be found in the immediate area.

A great spot from which to enjoy Brighton
My family and I were visiting from the US and needed a house big enough to accommodate us an our friends. The house was great and the location was perfect. The pub over the road was a great place to escape to for dinner and to watch the FIFA World Cup.
Julian was on hand to help with any questions.
Highly recommended!

Welcoming, stylish and comfortable
8 of us shared the property for 4 nights. We had a wonderful stay. The location was great for us - opposite a very nice pub where we could get a meal, near a mini supermarket and even an opportunity to walk into the city centre. The house was spacious and clean.

Fabulous House
What a fabulous week we had celebrating my mums 70th. Everyone loved the house with its lovely decor. The children loved the bunk room and my parents loved the sauna! We were welcomed in person and shown around. I loved the little touches like tea and milk left for us. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. About 15 minutes stroll to town and everything close. There are really great foodie pubs nearby

About the host
Hosted by Jan Dupree
We have been managing our holiday lets since 2008 in the wonderful city of Brighton and hove. We give that personal touch as we are from Brighton and are not a company as such so you can actually speak to us! We endevour to make your stay as stress free as possible. If you have any specific requirements just ask and we will see what we can do. I worked in the corporate world for a number of years while Jan worked in a local family pub business, so together we have grown up to be customer orientated although from different routes!
Why they chose this property
The Corner House is situated about one mile from the bustling shopping lanes and the sea. It takes 10 minutes to walk plus buses pass the property on a regular basis. It is ideal for family groups and well behaved hen parties. Each room has its own theme, one with its own bath, another with a shower and sauna plus one with an en suite. Everyone loves the double bunk room with its unique Brighton wallpaper. The lounge has a large TV plus free wifi with plenty of room for guests to sit and relax. The property also has decking at the back with a large table and chairs for times when the sun comes out!
What makes this property unique
The property has very individual bedrooms with flexibility for double or single beds. One of the bedrooms has its own small sauna plus the kitchen is well equipped for those groups wishing to cook.
