Steps from taverna, cafe, mini- market and just 4 km from the Adelianos Kampos beach, this villa perfectly balances tranquility and accessibility. Layout:
The property is enclosed by a fence, ensuring full privacy. The sleek entrance opens to the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. The contemporary Euro-design kitchen features full-size appliances, a wine fridge, and all necessary kitchenware for a home dining experience. The kitchen island seats four guests at the breakfast bar, while the dining table accommodates eight.

An enclosed patio with two chairs and a coffee table provides a cozy spot for relaxation and morning coffee break. This area connects to the pool via small wrap around pool extension river.

Large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors connect the living area to the furnished outdoor pool and BBQ areas.

Outdoor Amenities:
• 50 sq.m. (8 x 4.5) private pool, 1.5 meters deep throughout, with optional heating for an additional daily charge, can be used for entire duration of the stay and requires advance notice
• 10-meter shallow river, 0.45m deep - can be split with baby gate
• Two bean bag loungers, eight luxury sun beds with four umbrellas and side tables
• Spacious lawn-covered areas and a children’s playground
• Fully equipped charcoal BBQ with outdoor sink, as well as a gas BBQ

Bedrooms:
All four bedrooms are located in the same area of the villa which accommodate all 8 guests in beds,9th guest can be accommodated in a foldable bed.

A laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer is located next to the villa entrance. The automated gated driveway provides private parking for two cars on the premises.

Physis Villa is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization.
- The use of pool heating system will cost an additional charge per day please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice. A minimum charge of 4 nights will be applied to shorter stays.

- Crete has quiet hours which are 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00 daily

- No smoking inside the property outdoor smoking is permitted provided safety precautions are adhered to and the proper usage of ashtrays

- No parties or gatherings are allowed on the premises and or hosting of guests not part of the group staying, unless with the owners approval
