If you’re looking for a quiet and spacious place, yet not far from the city centre this is it! It was only a 20 minute walk from the city centre, and a Waitrose was located along the way incase you need to stop for any groceries. The appliances/amenities were so nice! (Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.) The host was very kind and attentive to any questions/needs! It was very clean, and had great light as well. We really enjoyed the stay!

The cleaning staff was still on the premises when we arrived - the previous group checked out late, which explains their presence. The appartment was as advertised. Very nice and roomy. We found out there were not enough bath towels for our grouo of 4. We contacted the owner who provided us with more. There were no instructions to access the wifi. We contacted the owner twice - no answer. We were able to find out by checking out the router (we have a couple of IT geeks in our group). In general, the owner was very slow to answer our questions during our stay. Overall however, this was a nice place to stay.
A short walk out one of the main roads leading into Oxford, this cozy row house is quiet, well-equipped and nicely renovated. The kitchen added as an extension to the back is full of natural light and a pleasure to wake up to for breakfast. The fields at the end of the street and accessible one block have pathways that will lead you to the Thames, whose banks we strolled along each evening. There is a Waitrose on the Main Street (Botley) just two short blocks from the house. We are newish to Vrbo and now realize that the property managers often don’t send the address, and certainly not the entry code, until a few hours before check-in.Rhys was responsive to our question about how to find the Wifi code which is on the unit in a cupboard and involved some serious bending and a cell phone flashlight for this elderly guest to read. Suggest that he might put this on an info sheet for easier access for future guests. Adding a strainer to the kitchen equipment would be a helpful touch too. Thanks for the stay!

Set up very well as a vacation rental, well equipped. Good location if you are OK to walk 30 minutes to the centre where most attractions are located which worked well for us . Host was not responsive during our stay- we messaged about all the shampoo and soap being empty and no automatic dishwasher detergent and never received a reply or acknowledgement only what seemed to be automated messages.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the property while visiting Oxford on a leisure trip. Arriving by car from LHR was easy. We were then able to make the 15-20 minute walk into Oxford. One downside was all the coffee cups and water glasses plus many dishes were left dirty in the dishwasher. We contacted the property manager who said the maid would come the next day to deal with that but the maid never showed up. The property manager did not respond to further requests. There was also no dishwasher detergent nor dish soap so we could not do the dishes ourselves. We also had hoped to do some laundry as there is a clothes washer but again, no laundry detergent. Nice home but missing simple amenities.
This place was amazing and one of my favorite rentals I’ve stayed at. It is comfortable and well equipped for our family of four including two kids aged 3 and 5. It was quiet. Lovely area. It is about half an hour walk to Oxford center due to a bridge being closed however walk is good and a couple of scenic options including by a meadow and with a playground nearby. There is a large Waitrose close by which has everything you need. I would highly recommend and would love to stay here again. It made me feel like I lived in Oxford and was quiet calm and peaceful. Lovely little yard with a clothes drying rack. Has a laundry too. Very comfortable and highly recommend.

We’ve arrived to a property with dirty and slept in beds. We’ve reached out to the property manager and they were not helpful, passing the ball to the ‘cleaning crew” and not providing any resolution until midnight, practically the next morning due to our biological time. We had to put towels on the bed and have an extremely uncomfortable night.
There’s no AC or ventilation in the house. Nights were extremely hot.
There’s a huge construction between the property and Oxford City Center. While city center is less than a mile away, it’s not possible to access city center via a vehicle. Vehicle need to travel all around the perimeter of the city to access the city center. Don’t try to walk to the property with luggage, it’s a quite tough walk.
The interior decoration of this property is so elegant and chic it’s lovely. The garden view with spring flowers blooming was gorgeous as well. All the amenities were great; washer/dryer combo worked well, the dishwasher was excellent and there were pods under the sink. The home office looked like it hadn’t been used but it has lots of potential. For some reason I thought there was going to be a bathtub and there is not (I only mention it because someone else had left bath salts behind I think, so I suspect I’m not the only one). 10/10 would book again, going on my shortlist for future Oxford stays.
Was very clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Would definelty recommend. Very good communication and eqr instructions from host. Would definelty stay again
Our family had a wonderful time staying at this terraced house just off Botley RD. It was newly renovated. Beautiful furnishings, new carpets and flooring, a great bathroom, lovely new kitchen. The under the floor heating was excellent. The bedrooms upstairs were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The accommodation has parking for your car. We then just walked into the city of Oxford. There is a playground close by and also several supermarkets which is handy.Wish we could have stayed another week.
