The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, Our hosts were very friendly and they could speak English as well, If we needed some help or advise, e,g, where to go, what is worth to see,they always gave us some useful tips, There was only one think that bothered us both, the chickens in the neighborhood, I know this is something our host can't be blamed for, but believe me, if you are on your holiday, the last thing you want to wake up for, is the sound of chickens :S,

Couldn't of asked for better hosts or a more beautiful place to explore! The family were so helpful and caring towards us both from the minute we arrived, They showed us round our apartment, explained where everything was and even took us to the local supermarket, We recived fresh cheeries and vegetables most more mornings which were delightful! Their family welcomed us with open arms which were so thankful for, me and my sister felt so comfortable and safe we want to thank you for making our experience of Dubrovnik Croatia so special, The apartment is in the little town of Trsteno which is very beautiful and peaceful, its a quite little town about 30 minutes from Dubrovnik using the bus, this made our holiday very relaxing as we weren't in the middle of the city, The town has its own port and pier where we spent a lot of our time sunbathing and swimming around in, I have never seen the sea so blue! Every morning about 8am (there time) a man comes round in a bakery van to the top of the road where you can buy delicious pastries and bread from him!! Me and my sister highly recommend trying it out ! Enjoy the city and all the sites but you must also try visting a few of the islands close by, our favourite Lopud, directly opposite Trsteno which you can see from the balcony although you do have to catch the bus to the main bus station then jump on the ferry from there (very very cheap) the island has an amazing sand beach and coast line which you can walk out into the sea for about fourty meters admiring the sealife, There is a restaurant and a few bars on the island so you're set up for the day, You can hire sun loungers and umbrellas for as little as 20 Kunas (just over £2), If you do visit this apartment I can ensure you will not be diasapointed, we had the best holiday here and we will definitely be revisiting Croatia!
