Valley Isle 1207 is a beautifully decorated 1-bathroom studio that offers panoramic ocean views from your private lanai and ceiling fans throughout.. This resort has elevators for easy access. Unit 1207 can accommodate up to 4 guests. Relax in the studio's comfortable living space, which includes a queen-size Murphy bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Enjoy the convenience of a walk-in shower in the well-lit bathroom. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. The lanai is spacious and equipped with a table and chairs for 4, or travel inside to dine in at the kitchen countertop. Take advantage of this elevated view by sightseeing with the available binoculars within the condo.

While this condo does not have air conditioning, the unit benefits from top-floor ocean breezes on windy days. You can keep the front security screen door and lanai door open and feel safe, letting the natural breezes air the space in traditional Hawaiian style. Recently refreshed in 2023, the condo features light and cheerful colors that create a bright, beachy ambiance. Entertainment options abound with a flat-screen TV, cable, and DVD player. A convenient desk is also available for those needing to catch up on work or planning their island adventures.

Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront condominium situated on Kahana Bay that boasts ocean views from both buildings. This stunning 12-story Hawaiian-style resort offers a beachfront pool, direct beach access, poolside barbeques, and lush gardens. There are 2 elevators available for guest use. The beach width may vary with the tide and season, but Pohaku Beach is a short walk away. Additionally, this condominium is within walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants, bars, top beaches, and activities. There are no resort fees.

Comfortable and just right for the two of us. Close for west Maui excursions and a great launch point to see the rest of the island. Great view off the balcony for sunsets and breakfast coffee. Memorable week.

Spectacular views

This unit is compact but has everything you need for a perfect stay! Kitchen is fully stocked and even provides starter kit of olive oil and seasonings. The condo building is perfectly situated with restaurants and shops close by and within close walking proximity to Kaanapali, which has additional restaurants. The views from the deck are spectacular and it was the perfect place to have morning coffee as well as meals while watching the turtles and many whales. We highly recommend and hope to return again well soon.

Fantastic

We enjoyed our stay. We really loved the view from the lanai and spent a few days at the very nearby beach. We watched sunset every night and were impressed by the nightly conch choir. Would recommend!

Truly a perfect stay!

Absolutely loved the condo and can't wait to stay here again. It was perfect. Loved looking out at the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night. Came stocked with everything we needed. Beach chairs were also great. Mahalo😊

Beautiful studio providing all the comforts when vacationing

Valley Isle has reconstruction work happening on the shore. This work took away from the beauty of the complex.

This property will take your breath away. Every detail was perfect-plenty of kitchen items, beach equipment, lovey furnishings and a balcony with a view to die for. Beautiful, Amazing Location

Aloha!! This was an amazing property to stay at! I loved that it was on the very top floor (12th floor) and it had such a great view of the ocean! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the studio was actually larger than it appears in the pictures when I booked it! If/when I return to Maui I would definitely love to stay here again, and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family!!

The condo we stayed in was perfect as advertised. The ocean view from our 12th floor lanai was private, unobstructed and awesome. We watched the turtles feeding each morning down in the reef, and had mai tai drinks to watch the sunset. The condo was clean, perfectly stocked, and simple. We highly recommend it!

I loved everything about this place except wasnt crazy about the pool or all the sanbags on the beach infront, made it feel kinda frumpy. LOVED the unit, appreciated all the small things there to help us feel comfortable including beach towels, dishwasher soap/detergent, tv, and of course the view is one in a million. Thank you!

Very nice place with beautiful ocean view

The condo is located at a nice peaceful location and away from all the hustle. The view from the balcony is simply beautiful. No need to visit any fancy restaurant for ocean view lunch/dinner. The owner are also very helpful and provided all the details well in advance making checking in and out very easy. The only missing thing we felt was washer/dryer inside the condo. We would definitely like to stay here again if we plan to visit Maui in future.

Beach life

Spectacular views from the 12th floor. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for your stay. Very nice cookware , plenty of containers for food storage it was a pleasure cooking in this very small kitchen .Beach chairs, Beach towels. Ice Chess and freezer packs to put in the ice chest, my water bottles actually had ice in them when I took them out on the beach it was wonderful. It was the perfect beach vacation thank you.

Maui Whale Watching Trip

The view from the balcony was amazing! We saw lots of whales, turtles and even a seal from our balcony. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay! One of the elevators was down and we were on the 12th floor but we didn’t have too much of an issue with it. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating but we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Wonderful 10 Days

We really enjoyed our May 2018 stay in 1207. The studio is cute and clean and the kitchen has all the pots and utensils and other supplies we needed. But it’s the view from that really makes this property special. That was our priority and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s beautiful even when it’s overcast and cloudy. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the bed was very hard to the point where our backs complained well into the day. However, we prefer softer beds so I think this is highly individual. All in all, this is a great place to stay and, with the bed caveat, I’d enthusiastically recommend 1207.

Nice vacation

It was a nice vacation. The unit has beautiful ocean view. We had our meals on the balcony, which was really enjoyable. There were a lot towels, and they were white and clean. The unit was not so big, but big enough for two of us. The location was ok with easy parking. The management answered questions quickly. The reason I gave 4 stars: the internet at night we arrived was down, it was fixed next morning when we called the management. It was down again the following day, and we were able to fix it. We saw long hair on the bed sheet when we came in the first day. We stayed the seven nights, the soap was not enough because we washed our hands very frequently due to COVID. Overall, we had a nice and beautiful vacation in this unit.

pros: the beach is nice and you can snorkel here and see fish. great view from 12th floor and not as scary as it sounds! guest gift, comfy bed, beach supplies including fins (appreciated), some condiments and spices left behind (appreciated), can leave lania door open and listen to ocean waves all night, quiet. ample parking and quick elevators, great location: lots of food places and food trucks, and stores close by so could get away without a car here. cons: no a/c, no a/c, i was quite hot first night and then after that we would try to keep lania slider and front door open for as long as we felt safe for a cross breeze. being on 12th floor we kept balcony open all night as concrete walls between lanais, unit doesnt have a bedroom and no w/d, for the 3 of us was a bit cramped but workable, unit does need some updating. overall i would stay here again b/c it is a great beach and location and quiet. wish they had a window a/c and a bigger bed but being on the 12th floor wasnt bad and the elevator was quick.

Perfect Maui Getaway with a FANTASTIC View!

As a single traveler this location was perfect. The studio was the perfect size for me, spacious but not too large. The kitchen was well appointed, there were plenty of towels, and if you desire even beach toys. The unit was very clean and the communication level of the property management company was perfect. The big draw for me was the lanai and oceanfront view and I was blown away. As a matter of fact, I am typing this review from the lanai this morning before check-out....I don't want to go!!!! There is no AC however I enjoyed the breeze from the Tradewinds and felt very comfortable though the days were warm. I enjoy sleeping to the sounds of the ocean. Lastly I will say that the beach and waves are amazing. This is important to me as I hear that some beaches have closed due to erosion. The pool area is a little tucked away from the beach but it is still a decent space. If you don't require a lot of space, this is the perfect property. I have nothing but great things to say, and I plan to return.
