Extraordinary apartment located in the heart of Mijas Golf international, home to two of the most highly acclaimed golf courses on the Costa del Sol. The apartment has two large bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. It has been recently furnished and equipped to a high standard to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The large living room acts as a bright and spacious focal point of the apartment. From the large terrace you have magnificent views of the golf courses as well as the saltwater pool, one of three swimming pools the complex has to offer. The rest of the apartment comprises of two full bathrooms with a bathtub and combined shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room.
The complex offers private parking, elevator, three swimming pools as well as lush and inviting gardens.
Ten minutes by car is the coastal town of Fuengirola with everything it has to offer, such as bars, restaurants, shopping centres and its long sandy beaches full of beach bars where you can taste the delicious espetos, typical of the Malaga Coast.
Located 20 minutes from Malaga International Airport and just 30 minutes from the luxurious city of Marbella, you will feel right in the centre of the Costa del Sol with practically everything within reach.
This apartment is ideal for golf lovers as well as for families or couples looking for a luxurious getaway.
