Enjoy the best of Eastport and downtown Annapolis in this cute historic home. Home has three levels with space for 10-11. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and just steps from the water and water taxi. Lovely back garden for chatting with friends and a porch swing to enjoy watching the world walk by. Grill available. We have off street parking for two cars. Board games for rainy days.

We do offer a 15% discount for stays of 7 nights or more anytime of the year with the exception of special rates during Boat Show and Commissioning Week. Please email for details.

Weekend stay

We had a little reunion weekend and this property was perfect for it! So spacious has all the amenities you would need. A cute outdoor area and easy driveway and street parking . I’ve stayed at a lot of places in annapolis and this one won is my favorite ! They were easy to reach and our stay went perfectly would definitely recommend

Convenient location, comfortable space

My friends and and I spent a girls weekend here. Eight of us fit in the home very comfortably. There was plenty of room for us to sit and eat together, and the outdoor space was great. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Perfect for commissioning week!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house and host! The location is great! The restaurants and water taxi are minutes away. The walk to town and USNA is quick.

Walking distance to everything!

Cannot say enough about this fabulous house. Commodious enough to fit our whole family including grandparents. The place is beautifully appointed with lovely ambiance, comfortable beds, multijet shower, soaking tub, luxurious linens. The kitchen lacked nothing (even had an instapot). Water taxi stop and four restaurants located within a two-block radius. Owner was responsive to questions. We hope to be back!

Cozy and great location

Quaint and cozy home in a great location in Eastport. Amenities were generous with everything we needed to visit with East coast family. The beds were incredibly comfortable w/tasteful nautical and sealife decor. Cerise and Bob were helpful in answering questions and helping us out. The weather was incredibly beautitful this weekend which added to the overall happy and memorable stay. Thank you again Cerise and Bob!

Great Space, Great Location, Great Udpates

Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a home close to downtown or the Academy. Offers and enjoyable walk. Our group also took the water taxi about a block away. Home has two available parking spaces, which was helpful, since night parking a little tight because it is close to the hottest restaurants in town. Decor is up-do-date. We spent two nights on the back patio, which is very private. Our host was always available...had a couple of questions and they replied immediately. Home is in a beautiful neighborhood that offers great morning walks. John from MN

Taylor’s Final Fiesta

This house was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights for my sister in law’s bachelorette party. With 7 girls, it was spacious, clean and in a great location. The house had all the amenities and it truly felt like you were at home, the moment you walked through the door. I did not get a chance to meet the homeowners but they were wonderful throughout this whole process. I highly recommend this rental for a friends/family getaway:)!

Commisioning week

Perfect location in Eastport. Short walk directly to water taxi. Easy walk to the Academy. Backyard was big enough to enjoy an after graduation crab feast on the porch. Great kitchen area for brunch.

Perfect home base for family trip to Annapolis

Our family of four combined with my sister’s family of three, flying in from all over to attend our nephew’s wedding. This house was absolutely perfect for the 7 of us! So comfortable and well-equipped! Stylish, too. We even hosted a casual brunch for three other family members, which we enjoyed out in the courtyard-style backyard. The house is located within easy walking distance from the bustling shopping area and Naval Academy — and from the hotel where we attended the wedding. The hosts, Cerise and Rob, were super-responsive, making us feel very well cared for. I highly recommend!!

Beautiful, spacious, had all the aminities needed, 2 central air systems, fast hot water heater that seems to never run out of hot water, beautiful backyard, nice front poarch, quiet neighbors, 2 car driveway and plenty of street parking. And the greatest part is it was an enjoyable walking distance from downtown Annapolis ( Approx 1 mile) and just about 1.5 miles from Naval academy. Simply put every single one in my family fell in love with this beautiful house. It did sleep 11 adults comfortably. And it could have slept 13 people without the use of extra mattress. Plenty of room for few floor air mattresses if needed.

Spent a long weekend with friends at the house. The house was great, well equipped and very comfortable. Location is great, walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Owner was fantastic answering questions and helping us get settled. Will be back to Annapolis and will stay here for sure

The perfect getaway for a large family, or small!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely, well-appointed house for the Annapolis Sailboat Weekend, and loved coming away to our home-away-from-home! While there were just the two of us given our late planning, this home fits a family of 8 (or 8 people!) incredibly comfortably, with outdoor space on the front porch and a beautiful patio in the back. Our hosts were incredibly prepared and helpful with local restaurant and activity ideas, and the home seemed as if YOU just moved in - with clean and clear spaces, and coffee with creamer and sugar just in case you didn't bring it along! Couldn't have been a better place to stay for our five-day adventure. Thank you guys!!!
