Stunning vaulted ceilings, lakeside location

This light, bright and spacious Coach Home with vaulted ceilings is in a fabulous location within a friendly gated community overlooking the lake.
Ideal base to hang out and also visit Sanibel Island and Captiva Island plus Fort Myers Beach; less than 20 minutes from each.
1,700 Square Feet! Large King sized master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and an amazing walk-in California Closet! The main en suite bathroom is also large and has a walk in shower along with a full sized bath. Plus Queen sized second bedroom.
The kitchen is clean and very well equipped. There is a formal dining area in the open plan living room as well as a breakfast table right off the kitchen that overlooks the lake. Our place has a large utility room with full sized washer and dryer. The whole property has vaulted, high ceilings throughout. The screened lanai is a great place to relax with morning coffee or drinks later in the day while enjoying the stunning and peaceful views over the lake! The Community Club House area has a pool, a gym, and tennis courts. There are No Additional Charges for using these common facilities.
With 90+ day rentals available, this will suit a couple who want to enjoy the best the area has to offer -- with no shovelling snow!

However, the pre-approved 90 day minimum rentals ensure this is not a transient neighborhood but rather truly solid Florida Community in a superb location!

Very nice place to stay!

This was a very enjoyable place to stay. The complex is small, safe, and very quiet. The view was outstanding, with 3 fountains in the lake. You can see fish, turtles, and ospreys catching fish right from the lani! The decorations were very tasteful. The owner was easy to contact and willing to take care of our needs. I would highly recommend the place to anyone!

I am originally from London, England and my wife is from Minnesota, which is the main reason we bought this beautiful Coach House. We now live in the UK, 100 miles west of London with lots of pets.
We love travelling and appreciate that just like us, our guests want to make happy memories when they travel. So we do our best to make that happen when guests stay at our property.

Why they chose this property

Our beloved Florida Coach House is in a private gated community and is extremely relaxing. It is really close to Sanibel Island, Captive island, Fort Myers Beach and also the shopping in Fort Myers, Naples and surrounding area.
We have let this property over the years many times. Always our renters have had wonderful experiences.
Great restaurants, great scenery, and NO SNOW!!!

What makes this property unique

One of the best memories we take away every time we've stayed is just sitting on our screened Lanai of an evening, sipping our wine and watching the day close in across the lake.
