As the original owner and a musician based in Los Angeles, I have always enjoyed getting away to our Rancho Mirage condo. Our desert home has been the setting for many family celebrations and gatherings. The location and charm of this corner unit condo offers privacy in a central location. We have always loved the feeling of coming "home" to the desert. Its relaxed vibe and bright and cheerful decor make it ideal for either families with children or adult couples. The fully-equipped kitchen offers an opportunity to cook and relax over dinner at home and maybe take an evening swim or jacuzzi under the stars. Or with so many excellent restaurants nearby, you can dine out every night if you prefer. The secure community complete with a 24/7 manned guard gate lets you relax and enjoy your stay, with plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities inside and outside of Sunrise Country Club. Proximity to the Clubhouse and dining facilities is also a major convenience for many.
