Patio features a barbecue, 6 person table and 2 chaise lounge chairs to relax your day away. The spacious living/dining room comes with cable HDTV & High Speed internet WiFi. The dining area seats up to 8 and is next to a beautiful bar area.

The completely remodeled & redesigned kitchen features all new appliances and is fully equipped for a long stay and for entertaining. It also includes a custom island and coffee nook for added convenience. The kitchen window opens to an outside counter for easy pass-through to the front courtyard.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and huge private master bath (shower), 2 large closets, large wall unit with shelves & drawers, and desk area. Master has view of golf course and direct access to patio through glass doors. The guest bedroom has a king bed, large closet, desk area and direct access to entrance courtyard. Guest bathroom has a modern glass shower and sink.

All linens, towels, pool towels, and bedding are provided. The condo has full size washer and dryer. Two car garage with door opener and additional parking on the driveway.

Loved this Condo!

We were very happy with this condo - it was completely renovated, bright and well equipped. It was a real bonus to be just steps from the pool and hot tub, and an easy walk to the Clubhouse. We loved the beautiful unobstructed view of the green and fairway from the back deck. Rich was attentive and promptly responded to our questions and needs and we would love to go back again!

Everything we needed to be right at home. Well stocked kitchen. This unit is comfortable and updated. Community is small and beautifully maintained. Pool is really steps away. Staff at clubhouse took me for a tour of facilities. Staff at front gate always friendly. Clubhouse meals are casual, good and reasonably priced.
