Come and enjoy our 1700 square foot luxury home featuring 2 bedrooms plus an office/ den, and 2 bathrooms. Facing North/South, the temperature is much cooler than the East/West properties thus keeping the direct sun off you in the evenings. Newly remodeled and updated, our home has a modern feel. We went through the entire place including all NEW paint, new canned lighting, new floors, new bathrooms, and all décor. Access directly to the home from the garage which is unique for these properties. Included are 4 HDTV's. cable, WIFI, internet, phone, and beautiful porcelain wood tile and much more! Enjoy the nearby pool and jacuzzi, golfing at the adjacent Pete Dye course, the Westin Mission Hills hotel amenities and the prestige of staying in Mission Hills. 28 minimum stay mandated by the Tourism Business Improvement District. Smoking not allowed!

Mission Hills Relaxing Escape

This was our first long-term stay in the Mission Hills community, and we could not have been happier! Christine and Jim were fantastic hosts, and we were so appreciative that they shared their home with us for the month of April. The home is just as wonderful as it seemed in the listing, and it was apparent that the hosts take great pride in their home. The home was fully stocked, but not “overstuffed” making it comfortable as our home away from home. The use of the golf cart was such a great benefit getting us to/from the golf courses, pools, and the Mission Hills resort. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Met all our expectations! Would definitely return ourselves as well as highly recommend it to others.

Can't wait to return

Christine and Jim are wonderful hosts. They attended to every detail and made certain that we were always informed. Christine is very responsive. Their home was sparkling clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. This 2 bedroom plus 'office' made it easy to do my work virtually while at 'home'. The views and locations on the 9th hole of the Pete Dye course couldn't be beat. We enjoyed having use of the golf cart, relaxing at the nearby at sunset on Westin Mission Hills chairs. We would highly recommend this property.

A Desert Retreat

This property is BEAUTIFUL. It is exactly as depicted in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped, as are the bathrooms. The golf course view is beautiful. I loved each and everyday of my stay at this property!

My husband and I purchased this property in 2018 and fell in love with the golf course view and the home. We renovated and remodeled when we bought it. It's a gem of home.
We live in Southern CA and come to the desert often to keep it up for our special tenants.

Why they chose this property

Newly renovated, on the golf course, close to the Westin and in Mission Hills. We have great neighbors which is always a plus. Golf cart available for renters.
