Casa Ciccina offers a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.
In the sleeping area there is a double bedroom with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, plus a twin bedroom equipped with a small table that can also be used as a studio for those who need to work.
A spacious terrace with a magnificent view of the Madonie Park frames this beautiful country house furnished with taste and quality furniture.
The location is also ideal for those who want to take day trips, both in the surrounding area and in other parts of Sicily, thanks to its geographical position at the center of the north coast, well connected to the highway.
The sea is less than 15 minutes away by car. Just over 5 minutes by car you will also find 2 towns (Campofelice and Collesano) with all kinds of amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.)
The entire house and the terrace are available and for the exclusive use of guests

Neu renoviertes, modernes und gut ausgestattetes Haus, ruhig gelegen und mit schöner Aussicht.
Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und von viel Natur umgeben in den Hügeln zwischen Campofelice di Roccella und Collesano. Aufgrund der Lage ist ein Fahrzeug notwendig, Campofelice di Roccella und Collesano sind aber in Kurzdistanz erreichbar.Die ruhige Lage und die wunderbare Aussicht garantieren gute Erholung.Das Haus ist vollumfänglich renoviert und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.Unser Gastgeber Antonio (der Besitzer) war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns herzlich willkommen geheissen und uns im Haus mit allerlei kulinarischen Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht. Der Kontakt mit ihm war sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns bei Fragen jederzeit an ihn wenden.Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und behalten die "casa ciccina" in schöner Erinnerung.
