Facing the glistering Souda bay and offering breath-taking views and sunsets. Arion Aesthesis Villa is the place to be if you want to experience Crete at its best. Boasting some much-needed privacy and comfort, this charming Greek retreat perfectly Arion Aesthesis Villa is perched on the front side of the plot at the combines modern amenities with traditional features of the area.


This earth sheltered villa offers 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 2 swimming pools, a comfortable living/dining area, and a well-equipped modern kitchen.

The villa features two big-sized private pools, a large sunbathing terrace, a covered seating/dining area with a BBQ and an enormous sitting area with fire pit.

The villa is located in a private area of 60.000 m2 where you can enjoy safety, privacy, peace and quiet (!). The best time to be in the Villa is during the sunset time as the sun gets a lovely red color (!).

The Villa has been subsidized by the EU - ESPA programmes as an innovative "Cave Style House” project with eco- friendly characteristics. It has been built 20 meters in a hill, taking advantage of the circulation of the fresh Aegean air which then getting into the house from the big holes at the back side of the building.

This architecture technique helps the house to be cool over day. In combination with the green roof, most of the time, there is no need to turn on air-conditioning as the temperature is 5 - 6 Celsius degrees lower than an ordinary house.Also, the way It has been constructed, giving you the impression that there are no other houses around and living in the nature (!).

Most of the materials that have been used are from that plot such as the stones and the flowers as well as have been used natural materials, such as marbles and wood. The unique architecture will allow you to have an infinity pool and sea view(!)

The villa has been built in nature. Although we have taken all the necessary measures such as disinfection, insects and harmless worms sometimes can be seen around especially in days with high humidity.
