Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum guest capacity is 16 adults. Children age 12 and under are exempt from the total occupancy count
Quiet time for hot tub is 8pm. Strictly enforced. You will forfeit your deposit if there is a complaint made. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Any trash that does not fit properly in Bear Box must taken to dumpsters located on Northstar Drive. Map and directions located in kitchen.

Tahoe reunion

Great home and very well equipped with all the supplies. Plenty of room for everyone and even a baby bassinet was in the house. That’s was a nice plus and very comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the recreation center, nice gym, pickleball courts and great swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again. Our fourth year renting in the Northstar neighborhood.

We’re a group of 8 senior golfers, and this house worked great for our annual golf outing. Plenty of room, but the two bunk rooms would be better suited for families with kids. We knew this when we booked, so that’s not a knock on the house. The only shortcomings were the portable air conditioners performance that was not up to par with the rest of the house.

Amazing location & perfect for big groups!

Such an amazing location - right in Northstar with a shuttle stop right in front of the house! Has every amenity you will need and the house is big enough and living space and kitchen is big enough for a HUGE group. Will stay there in the future!

Amazing weekend!

The cabin was a beautiful stay! It was a quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond and was accommodating to all our needs. The cabin was perfect for a big family and kids!

Ski Surprise

The house was awesome and met all of our needs. The home was also very nice and warm as our trip was during a winter storm. The best was the shuttle that picked up at our door. Our family had a super nice house to stay in and we loved the dining table. Thank you for hosting us!

Great for the Tahoe Baseball Tourney!

Wonderful large house

Our community group loved our stay here. There was enough space for each couple to have a room. We really enjoyed the main living areas as there was plenty of seating. The double ovens make it very convenient for cooking for a large group. We really appreciated how well the host communicated with us and was very kind. I hope to stay here again in the future!

The perfect base camp for exploring North Lake Tahoe!

The home is the perfect jumping off point for checking out all of the sights and nature around Truckee! Myself and a group of a dozen or so friends have stayed here multiple times now and are never disappointed with our stay: ample bedrooms, plenty of common space for cooking, eating, and entertaining, and easy access to hikes, lakes, and other activities. Highly recommend!

Tahoe family reunion

Great few days enjoying a fun family reunion. This property was perfect for our large group and extremely clean and comfortable. The free shuttle around Northstar was a bonus for our large family and the older teens enjoyed staying together in the big open room up top…plenty of beds. Highly recommend this house.

Lovely cabin close to Northstar village!

Great space for a winter cabin trip. Cabin was equipped with all the needed amenities and great instructions on the details of the house. The shuttle stop into the Northstar village was right in front of the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy stay

Reunion

We gathered as families for a reunion of old friends complete with a bunch of kiddos. The kids loved the bunk room at the top, the bunk room and living space at the bottom, and the air hockey table. Puzzles, games, and lots of space to play cards were also very popular. The space is great for a group. The owners/managers were very responsive and helpful. It was a great spot.

Northstar ski weekend

Large house in great location. Perfect for a multi-family getaway. The four different TV systems (Roku, FireTV, DirecTV, ONN) and slow internet made the entertainment / sports watching a little difficult, and lack of a sound system was disappointing. But overall great place for a large group.

Reunion host

Enough space for the group, we enjoyed our stay, we could have stayed longer, need a bathroom on the 3rd floor, hard for us to get up and down the stairs. Need some up dating in the bathroom in the basement, tiles were movable and broken, need some furniture dusting. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for accommodating us.
