We traveled from Chicago to Paris for a girls trip. Everything looked great leading up to our stay and on the morning of check in we still had not received communication from the host despite having a booking confirmation. After reaching out multiple times to the host directly with no luck, we called VRBO and apparently the host “cancelled” our reservation without actually cancelling it. VRBO helped us find a new place to stay, this was a very stressful situation that was mishandled by the host. I would not recommend this place.
