Eine ausgezeichnete Lage in einem wundervollen Viertel, das nicht von Touristen überlaufen ist. Der Ort scheint frisch renoviert worden zu sein, wie das Fehlen von Graffiti beweist, das Google Street View zeigt. Wichtige Geschäfte und die U-Bahn sind bequem in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist nachts friedlich, auch die Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin. Vom Balkon aus kann man den Blick auf einen wunderschönen Innenhof genießen. Die gemütlichen Betten und die Auswahl an Toilettenartikeln, Reinigungsmitteln und Kaffee wurden sehr geschätzt. Kleiner Tipp: Das Sofa lässt sich nicht in ein Bett umwandeln, ist aber mit einem Einzelbett vergleichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall in Erwägung ziehen, wieder hier zu übernachten!

Eine außergewöhnlich positive Erfahrung. Das Anwesen verfügt über zwei Zimmer, eines davon mit Bad, und eine gut ausgestattete, sehr benutzerfreundlich eingerichtete Küche. Es liegt nur eine Gehminute von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt, in der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, und auch der örtliche Fischmarkt und die Bäckerei sind leicht zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber antwortet schnell und gibt genaue Informationen! Ich kann diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen!
