This place was very basic with a few complaints. First off, the VRBO listing advertised a king size bed. There was anything but a king sized bed, with only one double bed and a sofa pull out. My husband and I are tall, so we ended up sleeping separately on our 25th wedding anniversary trip. A king sized bed was one of my only criteria for our place to stay, so this was disappointing. Furthermore, after spending time traveling prior to our arrival, I was looking forward to washing some clothes. It was nearly impossible to figure out how to use the washer, and only after I had washed a load, I found there was no drying feature. Instructions on how to use, in multiple languages would be helpful. Lastly, there is no moving air in this location. It was warm while we were there, and although fans were provided, the largest, and what would have been the most effective, did not work. Overall, this place was fine and served its purpose, but I would not stay there again.

There was no heating or hot water for the first 24 hours of my stay and I had to use the kitchen oven to help heat the apartment. As there was no hot water I had to take a cold shower in the morning. The wifi only worked occasionally, despite me calling every evening to ask them to repair it, as I needed it for work. The host did not respond to ANY of the 5 messages I sent them using the VRBO app during my 3 night stay. I had to ring the property help line (calling them 5 times in 3 days), who said they would send someone over to look at the heating and wifi, and I never received any feedback on status or any calls at all to check how things were going, or whether or not what they said would be fixed actually was. The host was COMPLETELY unresponsive. On one occasion, I left the phone ringing for 5 minutes waiting for someone to reply, only to be cut off because it rang so long with no one answering. Furthermore, the property was visibly poorly maintained: kitchen cabinet door broken and leaning up against a wall without being replaced, kitchen kettle switch not functioning properly, shower head holder not attached to the wall and stuck to the shower head, rotating glass dish in microwave missing. This in unfortunately the worst VRBO I have ever stayed at and I will be filing a formal complaint and requesting a refund for my disappointing stay!

Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten sehr einfach machte. Außerdem war der Internetzugang für meine Arbeit zuverlässig.

Diese Wohnung im 15. Arrondissement ist ein Juwel! Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur eine Gehminute von der Metrostation Balard entfernt. Dadurch war es so einfach, Paris zu erkunden. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, und ich habe es geliebt, meinen Morgenkaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine zu trinken, während ich meinen Tag plante.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, anbei mein ehrliches Feedback zu meinem kürzlichen Aufenthalt über VRBO in Paris (VRBO-Referenz: 16UVU1ES). Ich hatte mehrere Probleme mit der VRBO-Wohnung, in der ich drei Nächte in Paris verbracht habe, und wende mich daher an Sie, um eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten, da die Unterkunft nicht der Beschreibung auf der VRBO-Website entsprach. Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts versucht, den Gastgeber zu kontaktieren, erhielt aber keine Antwort über die VRBO-Nachrichtenfunktion. In den ersten 24 Stunden meines Aufenthalts gab es weder Heizung noch warmes Wasser. Ich musste den Elektroherd in der Küche benutzen, um die Wohnung zu heizen, da sie so kalt war. Da es kein warmes Wasser gab, musste ich am nächsten Morgen kalt duschen. Auch das WLAN funktionierte nicht, obwohl ich jeden Abend anrief und um Reparatur bat, da ich für meine Arbeit eine stabile WLAN-Verbindung benötigte. Der Gastgeber hat auf keine meiner fünf Nachrichten reagiert, die ich ihm während meines dreitägigen Aufenthalts über die VRBO-App geschickt habe. Ich musste die Hotline der Unterkunft anrufen (mindestens viermal innerhalb von drei Tagen). Mir wurde versprochen, dass am nächsten Tag jemand vorbeikommen würde, um Heizung und WLAN zu überprüfen. Ich habe jedoch weder eine Rückmeldung zum Stand der Dinge noch einen Anruf erhalten, um mich nach dem Stand der Dinge zu erkundigen oder ob die versprochenen Reparaturen tatsächlich durchgeführt wurden. Der Gastgeber war ehrlich gesagt überhaupt nicht erreichbar. Einmal ließ ich das Telefon fünf Minuten lang klingeln, in der Hoffnung, dass jemand abnimmt. Schließlich wurde das Gespräch unterbrochen, weil es so lange klingelte, ohne dass jemand antwortete. Darüber hinaus war die Unterkunft sichtlich schlecht instand gehalten: 1) Die Küchenschranktür war kaputt und lehnte unrepariert an der Wand. 2) Der Schalter des Wasserkochers funktionierte nicht richtig. 3) Die Duschkopfhalterung war nicht an der Wand befestigt und klebte am Duschkopf. 4) Der Drehteller in der Mikrowelle fehlte. Dies ist leider die schlechteste VRBO-Unterkunft, in der ich je gewohnt habe, und ich erwarte eine Rückerstattung, da die Unterkunft nicht der Beschreibung auf der VRBO-Website entsprach (z. B. keine Heizung, kein Warmwasser, kein WLAN, kaputter Wasserkocher usw.).

Ich habe hier eine Woche verbracht und fand es sehr praktisch. Das Doppelbett war bequem und das Wohnzimmer hatte eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Dusche war angenehm, und ich habe die ebenerdige Dusche sehr geschätzt. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft meine Bedürfnisse für einen längeren Aufenthalt erfüllt.
