Der Putz unterhalb des Fensters blättert stark ab. Die Regenrinne über diesem Fenster muss defekt sein, nämlich kommt bei Regen wasserfallartiger Regen dort herunter. Trotz dieser Mängel haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
