My accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends

Charming apartment, pleasant, quiet, fully equipped and ideally located, in a magnificent building in the center of Paris, 10 minutes from L'HOTEL DE VILLE, in the famous Marais district and a few minutes from the famous Place des Vosges. Trendy, chic and very lively location thanks to its pedestrian streets which give access to many of the capital's very trendy bars, restaurants and fashion boutiques. My accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends

Cozy and Quiet in Le Marais

Close to Notre Damn, restaurants and metro stations, this place was just what we needed. It’s very serene and checkin/checkout was very easy.

Short 3 day stay in Paris

Overall met our expectations. Enjoyed staying in a neighborhood instead of a hotel. Has a park a block away. One issue that arose was promptly resolved. Property manager who is the contact is a good communicator.

The property was in a great location. However the shower did not drain, the washer leaked and there was dust in the rooms. There was no air ventilation so it was very humid and muggy. It was ok for the price.

Apartment Review

Rooms were just as featured and it was clean. Listing accuracy was a little off, only window and door are the ones in photo, which we didn’t feel comfortable leaving opening overnight as it is ground level. With everything closed it gets pretty stuffy, even with provided fans.

Beautiful but one window only.

Well organized and appointed apartment but the window in the picture is the only light in the apartment. It is also the ventilation. There are fans in every room but to get fresh air the window, which opens onto the courtyard, is the only way to get it. There are no screens on the window. When the security screen is pulled back, there is no way to open the window safely.

Location of apartment was perfect just around the corner from musee du Picassoand an easy walk anywhere in the Marais. Key entry was a pain both entering and leaving . Also a number 2 near the door would be a big help.Instead of reminding guests to keep noise down, instructions on appliances posted in apartment would be helpful. Including heat, stove, espresso machine and washer/dryer.
