This charming 70 m² apartment is designed to offer you comfort and relaxation during your stay in this beautiful city. Located on the 3rd floor with convenient lift access, it provides a bright, vibrant space for you to unwind and enjoy.

The open living area invites you to relax after a day of exploring, with a cozy sitting space and TV for your entertainment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals around the dining table. It's the perfect spot for socializing with loved ones.

The beautifully decorated bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ample storage, and a desk for your convenience. The bathroom has everything you need, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Step out onto the lovely balcony that connects the living room and bedroom, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or meals in the sunshine at the outdoor table.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Aveiro, often called the "Venice of Portugal," is a charming coastal city known for its picturesque canals, colourful "moliceiro" boats, and unique Art Nouveau architecture. Visitors can explore the canals on a boat tour, taking in the vibrant facades of the historic buildings along the water. The Aveiro Museum and São Domingos Cathedral are must-visit cultural sites, offering insight into the city’s rich history and religious heritage.

Beyond its historic charm, Aveiro boasts beautiful natural landscapes. Costa Nova Beach, famous for its striped beach houses, is just a short drive away and offers a stunning stretch of sand for relaxation. For nature lovers, the nearby Aveiro Lagoon is a great spot to enjoy birdwatching or peaceful walks along the water. Aveiro's mix of culture, history, and natural beauty makes it a delightful destination for any traveller.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Aveiro train and bus stations are just 1.6 km away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 58-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
