This beautiful Portuguese old-style 139m² home is conveniently located near several attractions and a variety of restaurants offering diverse dining options.

The living room includes a comfortable sofa for relaxation and a TV to enjoy all your favourite shows. Nearby, the dining area seats six and features a minibar, creating a homely, sunlit space that feels welcoming and warm.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other essentials. A washing machine is also available for laundry needs.

Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, and hotel-quality linens are provided for a comfortable stay.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience, ensuring you have everything needed to refresh and unwind.

Outside, you'll find a BBQ area and a hammock to enjoy sunny days in comfort.

The space is professionally cleaned before each stay for your utmost comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is situated in a great location for exploring the city. Within close proximity are attractions such as the Museu Marítimo de Ílhavo e Aquário dos Bacalhaus and Praia da Vagueira, offering visitors a unique insight into the maritime history of the area.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.

The closest BUS station is Vagos and its about 6km.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 60-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
