100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.

Great view and location!
My family rented this unit over spring break and we loved the property, location and Dana was super helpful!
The Biltmore Courts condo was Delightful!
We really enjoyed the spacious condo, a nice place for 4 women from Seattle trying to escape the gray weather. We especially loved the heated pool and hot tub (Phoenix was having below normal temps); not that many affordable places in the area have heated pools. The location on the golf course was great, and we enjoyed walking over to visit the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. The condo decor was elegant, comfortable and attractive. There were nice touches including unexpected products like plastic wrap and zip lock bags available that you don't want to buy while on vacation.
We can't wait to go back!!!
