This beautiful, gated community, condo (two-story) is nestled in the heart of Phoenix, on the outlaying property of the Biltmore Hotel. Stocked with all the amenities, your home away from home is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by golfing, hiking, shopping, food, and endless entertainment options. The Biltmore area is 5 minutes away from uptown Phoenix and minutes away from the 51 freeway that can lead you to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, or Scottsdale in a short time. Come enjoy time golfing at the many well know golf courses in AZ, swimming in the clear, blue pool, or enjoy time on the porch enjoying the sunshine and a cup of coffee!
OVERALL:
This is a two-story unit of a quad. While the front door is at ground level, the condo has a flight of stairs leading to the two upstairs bedrooms.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a warm, open-concept feel. The fireplace adds comfort and ambiance, the 52'' big screen TV on the wall is great for any sports game, a comfortable sofa that has a futon compartment to create a day bed.
Additionally, attached to the living room is a newly redone, closed-in, sunroom. This is a great area to enjoy the benefits of the outside, without having to endure the heat of the Arizona summer months. There is access from this room to the back patio as well.
KITCHEN:
This well-equipped kitchen has all the needed tools for a home-cooked meal. The stainless-steel appliances give you space to store and cook your food. The peninsula creates extra space to prep meals and the bar top offers seating for four. Additionally, an RO System has been installed in the kitchen as well as an ice machine to make sure you stay hydrated in our dry, Arizona climate.
BEDROOMS:
This home sleeps four; a king bed in the primary and a queen bed in the guest room. Each bed is equipped with hotel-quality linens and the two full bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
The sofa bed in the downstairs living room sleeps one adult or two children. The bed is slightly bigger than a twin, but smaller than a full.
Upstairs, the guest bedroom features a brand-new queen bed, a spacious closet, a dresser, and ample lighting both from the lights and the window (along with dark shutters to keep it out if desired). The view of the Piestewa Peak will put anyone in a good mood and start your day on the right foot.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a generous walk-in closet, an attached bathroom with a shower and sinks for two, a dresser, and a deck that overlooks the golf course. Spend your time sleeping the day away or wake up early to watch the colorful Arizona sunrise.
OUTDOOR AREA:
The spacious backyard patio is the largest in the complex and offers plenty of room to relax, grill, and enjoy the cool Arizona evenings. Furniture includes cushioned outdoor couches, a grill, a beehive fireplace, and a gate to the golf course.
EXTRA AMENITIES:
Guest amenities also include complimentary WIFI, cable TV, community pools and hot tub access, and a washer/dry unit in the upstairs hallway. Parking is available in visitor spots on the side of the street. Please note that street parking is not allowed, and each unit is allocated one garage spot and one guest spot per unit (per HOA guidelines).
A few items of note:
First, A "Starter Kit" of coffee pods, sugar, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and detergent is provided, which should last a few days to make your arrival less stressful. Should you need anything further, there are 5 grocery stores about 2 miles away.
Second, we are not affiliated with the Biltmore Hotel itself and it is a separate entity. Meaning, the Biltmore Hotel Pool is not part of our community and is not available for our use. We do have two pools in our complex available to you instead. You are more than welcome to schedule a golf tee time or book a reservation at one of the many restaurants and bars in the hotel, just like the general public. We do not have discounts or added amenities because we are on the property.
