Not the best

This property needs a lot of TLC- the bathroom was moldy due to no extractor fan- the curtains were stained- the fan did not work initially but was replaced. Location was good and bed was clean.I cannot recommend anyone staying here.

Une personne est entrée dans le studio - sans préavis et sans frapper à la porte avant de pénétrer le logement - à 1h15 du matin dans la nuit du 23 au 24 juin. Pourtant j’avais la réservation de ce logement (du 22 au 24 juin). Le réveil a été brutal et je me suis demandé ce qui se passait.J’avais pourtant fermé la porte du studio de l’intérieur avec la clé dans la serrure. La personne a réussi à ouvrir de l’extérieur la porte du studio avec une clé. Très surpris, j’ai demandé à cette personne, qui était accompagnée d’un client, pourquoi il était rentré dans le studio ? Il m’a répondu qu’il avait une réservation pour le client et que cela devait être une erreur (?).Conclusion, c’est très désagréable d’être réveillé brutalement en pleine nuit par une personne qui arrive dans un logement qui est contractuellement déjà louée.Cet avis n’est probablement pas à publier, cependant c’est pour que vous soyez au moins informé du désagrément subi.

Ich habe während meines Familienbesuchs in Paris in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern hier übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber funktional, mit bequemen Betten und einer praktischen kleinen Küchenzeile – alles, was man wirklich braucht, es sei denn, man gehört zu denjenigen, die lieber mehr Zeit im Zimmer verbringen, als Paris zu erkunden. Die Lage ist großartig. Kein überfülltes Touristenviertel, aber nah am Fluss, nur wenige Schritte von der Metro entfernt, 30 Gehminuten vom Eiffelturm, ein schöner Park in der Nähe und die Rue Felix-Faure ist eine interessante Straße zum Bummeln (viele Käse-, Bäckerei- und Metzgereien laden zum Entdecken und Genießen ein).
