Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The Ant House: the first night, one of the beds had ants in it, so we were unable to sleep in that room. It was cleaned the next day, but the ants did return (in fewer numbers) the following day. Also, on the second day, there were ants in the downstairs bathroom. When I texted the owner asking them to come clean, he told me where I could find cleaning supplies. Why am I responsible for cleaning? Additionally, while the advertisement lists AC, that is only partially correct. There is AC in the upstairs bedrooms but not on the main floor. And possibly most importantly, there is no description as to the 104 stairs that is required to reach the property. I was hear with my 70 year old mother and she really struggled with getting to and from the property. I cannot imagine if a disabled person had rented this property.The remainder of the description is mostly accurate, though I think the photos posted in the description are either very old or were taken very professionally. This place did not meet the expectations based on the photos.
