Villa Fabiola is a bright and elegant three-story villa with the fascination of the typical and ancient mediterranean houses. It sleeps six people. From Villa Fabiola you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of Praiano. Villa Fabiola is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features two spacious private terraces, a private garden and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).
You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
You will reach Villa Fabiola from the street level going up a route that includes approximately 236 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fabiola. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), for a fee, in a garage.

Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the first terrace along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of Praiano.
Top LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wisteria pergola and by an awning. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the first terrace. Here you will find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Middle LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a grapevine pergola and by an awning. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of six guests). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a arched window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
