We have supplied long term letting to the area for 14 years now and this is our first short term property. We take pride in offering good quality accommodation that tenants and guests don’t want to leave. We love bringing old buildings back to their former glory and seeing how much our guests love staying here has been very rewarding.
Why they chose this property
The view from the lounge bay window across the Royal Norfolk front green and the sea is a lovely spot to sit and people watch. Once comfy in the spoon back chairs, it’s very difficult to leave. We are just 2 minutes walk from great restaurants and pubs, being located on the edge of the town centre. The rear garden with the hot tub is surprisingly quiet for such a convenient location.
We are within easy reach of many family days out, including the world famous Godwood motor racing circuit, Arundel castle, Wealden Downland living museum & Fishbourne Roman Palace. Plus, the famous city of Brighton is only an hour away.
There are also several family adventures in Bognor Regis including crazy golf, Hotham Park, seafront train ride, pinks parlour ice cream, the pier and beach & play parks. For the more adventurous there are water sports activities in nearby Chichester water park and at West Wittering beach.

From Duresta sofas, Chesterfield beds, feather duvets, to antique furniture, there is a feeling of luxury before you even step foot in the new Jacuzzi hot tub.
