Located above an independant specialty coffee shop within a quiet residential area, this 3 bed apartment is spread over 3 floors with a master suite which includes its own living area and shower room.
Located just outside of the City Centre with good transport links and ample free parking.
The apartment is full with everything you will need to make your stay a comfortable one.
There are a lot of stairs within the property with the apartment being over 3 floors. Please bear this in mind if you are planning to visit with young children, elderly or people with restricted mobility.
The garden is shared with coffee shop customers during the day (9-5).
PLEASE NOTE- The coffee shop will be opening as a bar again Friday and Saturday evenings until 11pm. Be aware there may be some noise during these times.
