This abode was in a very nice area, convenient to transit, in what seemed to be a safe and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and mostly had what we needed. This place has the potential to be outstanding. Big problem for me was lack of ventilation. One window in one bedroom was the only source of fresh air. This fresh air did not find its way to the main room and especially not the downstairs room which was very musty. We had a very difficult time taking showers without water getting everywhere, and no ventilation in the bathroom seemed to be a mold trap. THE biggest issue I had was lack of communication with a local host....like EVER as far as I can tell. "Checkmyguest" , contacted with "Belvilla", rented out through VRBO. Getting answers about anything was a nightmare.

The area is quiet and we slept well. We liked that there were two separate rooms with toilets and two separate rooms with showers. There are two bedrooms on the main level and a living space downstairs. We liked that there was less tourist in this area. We got to see families and people walking their dogs every day Our check-in was stressful. For some reason we did not get the code prior to our check-in. The management company was very fast to correct this issue and respond when we called them. They did not get our text nor VRBO messages but calling worked immediately. We quickly forgot about it once we were in the unit. There are three locked doors to enter before you get to the unit so it is very safe. The unit looks just like the photos. There is normal wear and tear on the furniture for a rental unit. The tile work in the entry is quintessential French and lovely. The metro is a 5 minute walk away. We would recommend this VRBO and stay here again.

Negative point : The tenant before us had smoked a lot in the apartment... it was smelling cigarettes even if the owner had opened the windows before we arrived

Margo's home was delightful! Really wish we'd had more time to spend there. Beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed and welcoming! One of our top short term rental stays ever. We felt very at home and well cared for by the host, who communicated SO very well from the initial booking. We felt comfortable with no anxiety about getting there or getting in or whatever. It is a bit out from downtown EDB but public bus stops were close by. Well worth the extra travel time in and out of the tourist area. This place is everything it appears to be from the listing and more. Of course beds are a very personal taste, but found these to be quite comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, though we mostly ate on the go. Pretty sure we could have made a full home cooked meal if we'd have wanted to do so .

Ungeeignet zur Vermietung. Schreckliche Unterkunft. Falsche Werbung. Schimmel im Wohnzimmer. Schimmel in den Badezimmern. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen! Der Spiegel ist zerbrochen. Zigarettenbrandflecken auf Boden und Tisch. Die Tische sind stark verschmutzt. Die Armatur ist verrottet. Brandflecken auf der Arbeitsplatte. Die Eingangswand ist verdreckt. Vor der Haustür lag Müll. Nachdem wir 10 Stunden aus Kanada angereist waren und uns über einen Monat lang auf diese Wohnung für eine wichtige Reise gefreut hatten, mussten wir in letzter Minute in einer der verkehrsreichsten Touristenstädte der Welt ein anderes Hotel finden. Es gibt keine Telefonnummer für einen Concierge. Dieser Service, die Wohnung und alles, was damit zusammenhängt, war völlig inakzeptabel. Die betrügerischen Vermieter dieser Unterkunft sind Lügner und werden Gottes Urteil erfahren.
