En arrivant nous découvrons un salle très salle et taché surtout dans la salle de bain, obligé de s’y reprendre à 2 fois pour nettoyer le sol dès notre arrivée. L’odeur du tabac nous a aussi accueilli. Ensuite l’eau du robinet et de la douche oscille entre le chaud et le froid sans que l’on puisse contrôler. On a eu le droit également à 2 coupures de courant, pas idéal pendant une douche. Malgré tout il faut souligner un service client réactif et attentif, un très bon emplacement ainsi qu’une belle vue typiquement parisienne au pied du lit. C’est un appartement qui a le potentiel d’être parfait pour des touristes mais ce dernier n’est pas exploité.

Le studio n'est pas trop mal placé dans un quartier près de République.Il est cependant vetuste et le lit a vecu tant de turpitudes que votre dos se souvient douloureusement de votre séjour, même bref...Les peintures du studio et de l'escalier sont decaties, il y avait des traces de moisi, la douche était bouchée. Le studio devait être bien il y a dix ans, il mérite maintenant, comme la cage d'escalier, un serieux rafraîchissement et un nouveau canapé-lit.Le studio se trouve au dessus d'un restaurant de raclettes et de fondues...ce qui n'arrange pas l'ambiance.
