Great Appartement!

They were very flexible with us, the host is nice, they leave you small gifts, beautiful view, very comfortable, nice kitchen, laundry mat across the street, no ac but they do have a fan and gets at a good temperature very fast.

I really appreciated that the property had an elevator — a rare find in Paris! The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great, though the water drainage could be improved. That said, it’s a common issue in Paris, so I wasn’t too bothered.Ilyasse was a pleasure to communicate with — friendly, responsive, and flexible. He kindly accommodated my early check-in request and also shared some great local recommendations.The location is ideal if you’re attending a conference at the Expo center, which is just a short walk away. Plus, there are plenty of excellent restaurants right around the corner.I’d absolutely stay here again!

We’ll start with the positives. The property manager is very responsive and attentive. The unit is located in an area within easy walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. Having the hotel and Starbucks next door is great. The areas of improvement - be sure to read through all of the directions before parking. You need to park in front of the building FIRST and run in and get the pass out of the apartment before you can get into the parking garage. Otherwise, you will be charged. The building itself has seen better days. The elevators and hallway carpets are dinghy. The unit is clean, but dated. The carpet is worn, the headboard is plastic and coming loose from the wall. The kitchen has only basics, so don’t expect to do much cooking. The towels are gross and need to be replaced - they reek of mildew.

We had very mixed feelings about this place. The room was comfortable, but there are some quirks such as the shower not having a curtain and the shower head is not mounted, so you have to hold it in your hand while you try to wash up. We had to wait outside in the heat for nearly ten minutes to be let in, and we couldn't get on the internet the first night. The host kept insisting that the password was on the listing, which it wasn't, and then sent me a partial password, which of course didn't work. He then sent me a QR code, which gave me an error. There are inaccuracies on the listing such as saying there is a water park at the property. When I questioned the host, he blamed the VRBO platform for rewriting his listing. When we left, we accidentally left two of my husband's shirts in the closet. I reached out to the host, and he said he would keep them safe for us until we could pick them up when we came back through Paris. When I tried to connect with him to confirm, he never responded to my several texts. Even the VRBO platform reached out to him on my behalf, and he never responded. I would not recommend working with this host.
