We loved our stay in Paris. Nicolas, our host, was the most informative and communicative host I’ve ever had through my time booking through VRBO. He was so helpful! Would highly recommend. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect and the apartment mostly great! We would recommend making sure all the lights work, cleaning the mold off the bathroom door and adding lights to the bedroom.

The apartment is very small for 5 people. Some of the light switches don’t work, including for the bedroom so there is no light in there. It gets super hot in the apt since it is the top floor, even when keeping all the curtains closed during the day. It is well decorated though and we were provided some toiletry items and coffee. The location is great.

We stayed for three nights and found the space to be very nice and hassle free. The beds were comfortable, space was clean and quiet. My daughter loved sleeping in her own space in the loft. Some suggestions for improvement- there is only a small bedside lamp in the bedroom for lighting and no other functioning lights, kitchen could be better equipped (only one fork, no dish towels) , and the kitchen sink piping leaks and a bucket was placed under the leak. I avoided using the sink as much as possible. None of these things were a big enough problem to interfere much with our enjoyment of the space. The area was nice, space was good, we had a great trip!

The space was great for our family of 3. It was quiet, clean, had comfortable beds, Netflix, full kitchen. The neighborhood is upscale and less touristy than some other areas. There are metro stations a short walk away to take you to any popular sites. You are about 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, short walk to Seine River, bakeries and restaurants are nearby and good quality. Some things to be improved are minor but there was only a small bedside lamp for lighting in the bedroom, kitchen was missing dish towels and low on cutlery. The kitchen sink had a small piping leak and a bucket was under the sink to deal with it. I was reluctant to use the sink as I did not want to deal with this. None of these things interfere much with the enjoyment of this lovely space!
