We stayed for three nights and found the space to be very nice and hassle free. The beds were comfortable, space was clean and quiet. My daughter loved sleeping in her own space in the loft. Some suggestions for improvement- there is only a small bedside lamp in the bedroom for lighting and no other functioning lights, kitchen could be better equipped (only one fork, no dish towels) , and the kitchen sink piping leaks and a bucket was placed under the leak. I avoided using the sink as much as possible. None of these things were a big enough problem to interfere much with our enjoyment of the space. The area was nice, space was good, we had a great trip!

The space was great for our family of 3. It was quiet, clean, had comfortable beds, Netflix, full kitchen. The neighborhood is upscale and less touristy than some other areas. There are metro stations a short walk away to take you to any popular sites. You are about 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, short walk to Seine River, bakeries and restaurants are nearby and good quality.Some things to be improved are minor but there was only a small bedside lamp for lighting in the bedroom, kitchen was missing dish towels and low on cutlery. The kitchen sink had a small piping leak and a bucket was under the sink to deal with it. I was reluctant to use the sink as I did not want to deal with this. None of these things interfere much with the enjoyment of this lovely space!

Die Wohnung war nicht fertig: Das Hochbett hatte ein schmutziges Spannbettlaken, keinen Kissenbezug und die Bettdecke lag auf dem Boden. Wir konnten außerdem keine andere Bettwäsche bekommen, um das Bett selbst zu beziehen, und erhielten keine Antwort von der Hausverwaltung. Daher mussten zwei erwachsene Frauen sich ein Bett teilen. Darüber hinaus fehlten zwei Glühbirnen an der Lampe, und die Schiebetür zum Badezimmer war von oben, in der Nähe des Schiebemechanismus, bis etwa Augenhöhe stark mit dunklem Schimmel bewachsen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Wohnung ansonsten sehr schön ist: sowohl die Lage als auch die Ausstattung. Ein kleiner Hinweis für alle, die Treppensteigen nicht mögen: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock, hat keinen funktionierenden Aufzug und ein enges, verwinkeltes Treppenhaus. Wir hatten dies aufgrund anderer Bewertungen bereits erwartet, aber bitte bedenken Sie, dass Sie Ihre Koffer unter diesen Bedingungen nicht selbst tragen können. Paris ist eine alte Stadt, und ein Teil ihres Charmes liegt in diesem Flair.
