Black mold everywhere! Huge mushroom growing in the bathroom. Half our group got sick from the mold and struggled breathing at night. WiFi did not work. Bed sheets and pillows missing, we called several times and they never brought some. Only positive was proximity to the Eiffel Tower. Fridges and microwaves were not working the first day. This apartment is the opposite of exceptional.

Stayed in the apartment as a family of 6. Very large and spacious apartment, well decorated and modern. Safe location and close to metro station and great Eiffel Tower viewing point. It is a basement flat however so limited natural light and there is some dampness and smell, but not enough to outweigh the positives. Be careful when you arrive entering through front door - crazy entry stairs which wouldn’t be allowed in UK. Overall would recommend and would stay here again.

Spacious apartment in great location. Big bedrooms, lots of living areas, 2 good kitchens. Very good laundry facilities. Large comfortable beds and excellent linens. On the downside - the entry stairs are lethal, particularly with the broken balustrades. Very steep and awkward. The lower floor has very poor ventilation and some dampness, resulting in a most unpleasant musty smell. No good for asthmatics.

NICHT BUCHEN! Überall war Schimmel! Schimmel in den Badezimmern und in der Küche. Wir haben mehrere Pilze im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss entdeckt. Die Hälfte unserer Gruppe wurde durch den Schimmel krank, und das hat unseren Paris-Trip ruiniert. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht, und es gab nur einen Schlüssel, was für zehn Personen sehr unpraktisch war. Für eines der Betten fehlte die Bettwäsche. Wir haben mehrmals angerufen, aber die fehlenden Laken und die Decke nie erhalten. Am ersten Tag funktionierten Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle nicht. Es gab keinerlei Hygieneartikel wie Handseife oder Toilettenpapier. Das Wasser in den Duschen war entweder kochend heiß oder eiskalt. Der einzige Pluspunkt war die Nähe zum Eiffelturm.

The location was great and the property was very clean. The pictures are a bit misleading in that you are down in a basement. The floor in the lower bathroom was cracked and pinched my kids feet and my daughter got trapped in the same bathroom due to a malfunctioning lock. Overall a decent stay.
