Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an den Champs Elysees und nur wenige Blocks von einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle entfernt. Jedes Zimmer war großzügig bemessen und hatte eine eigene Dusche und einen eigenen Waschtisch sowie zwei Gemeinschaftstoiletten. Alles war makellos und die Betten waren unglaublich bequem. Die Fotos geben das Anwesen genau wieder. Ein Nachteil war jedoch der Lobby-/Eingangsbereich. Es fehlte an Beleuchtung, was nachts eine etwas unheimliche Atmosphäre ausstrahlte. Außerdem schlief morgens ein Obdachloser in der Lobby. Wir hatten einen männlichen Begleiter dabei, also war dies nicht allzu besorgniserregend, aber bei alleinreisenden Frauen könnte es das sein. Trotzdem hatten wir einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt und es wäre eine ideale Wahl für große Gruppen!

Die Lage war ideal für unseren Familienurlaub! Die Unterkunft bot geräumige Zimmer und ausreichend Platz für uns alle sechs. Die Duschen stellten jedoch ein Problem dar - wir konnten das Wasser nicht davon abhalten, herauszuschwappen, und es kam zu Überschwemmungen in allen Badezimmern. Obwohl wir den Manager informierten, kam niemand, um das Problem zu beheben. Folglich lief jedes Mal, wenn jemand duschte, das Badezimmer über und wir mussten Handtücher ausbreiten, um das überschüssige Wasser aufzusaugen. Das war enttäuschend - wenn man den Preis bedenkt, den wir bezahlt haben, sollten wir uns nicht mit solchen wasserbedingten Problemen herumschlagen müssen. Es ist ein einfaches Problem, das zu beheben ist. Abgesehen davon war die Wohnung ausgezeichnet und entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen perfekt.
