Excellent location Great showers and new bathrooms Mattresses were both super thin though and there was no remote in the bunk bed room- tv is hung too low for either bunk to watch The doors to enter the building are shockingly loud and there was not nearly enough toilet paper or paper towels for 4 people All in all the place is nice—there are just some improvements that would need to happen before we could stay there again- or recommend it to friends

Pros: Location couldn’t have been better! New and clean bathrooms and the place is very cozy.Cons: very loud building entry doors that slam all throughout the night. Prepare to sleep with earplugs. This place is quite small, The single bedroom was barely spacious enough to move around and access the bed, If two people are sleeping in the bed, one would have to carefully maneuver over the other to exit the bed, It seemed somewhat hazardous since the only way out was through the front door, Upon our initial arrival, there was a very unpleasant odor lingering in the space, Despite our attempts to ventilate it, the smell kept coming back persistently, Eventually, we decided to check out early and opt for a hotel room instead, We attempted to contact Joffrey for any advice on addressing the odor issue, but unfortunately, he did not respond to our messages, When I book accommodations, I meticulously review the descriptions multiple times to ensure we understand what we are reserving, I specifically noted "Two bathrooms", However, the description did not specify that only one bathroom had a toilet (although it does now), Furthermore, one of the bathroom showers leaks extensively onto the floor, This seems to be a recurring problem given the water damage at the bottom of the bathroom door,

Die Lage war super und die Einrichtung insgesamt sehr schön. Der Service von Check My Guest war hervorragend. Die Check-in-Anleitung mit den Bildern und Codes war sehr verständlich. Das Thermostat funktionierte zwar nicht, aber die Temperatur war erträglich, insbesondere mit den bereitgestellten Ventilatoren und Luftreinigern. Das größte Problem war die Werbung mit zwei Badezimmern. Man würde erwarten, dass sich in jedem Badezimmer eine Toilette befindet. Das war aber nicht der Fall, was für vier Erwachsene unpraktisch war.

The host has zero communication. The apartment says it has two toilets. It has ONE toilet. First day the AC leaked. Second day the Washer leaked. The second bedroom door opens 9 inches. All messages sent through VRBO went unanswered. If there is an emergency/need of any kind you will, 100%, be on your own. Many reviews are duplicated, leaving me to believe they are not actual reviews.
