The apartment was OK - clean and comfy - but on arrival we had not been given the keycode to access the keys. So, after a 10 hour journey we arrived with 2 children (one with a disability) in the dark, rain and cold and couldn't get our keys. It took about an hour to get through on the phone and be given the code. Also, we checked the smoke alarm which was not working. We asked for this to be rectified urgently and despite the promise that this would happen it did not. It is illegal to rent a holiday apartment without a work8ng smoke alarm. Despite the apartment being OK and central and OK we would not book through this company again.

Good stay.

Lovely property in a great location. Very clean. There were only minor issues, like basic supply understocking and absence of some everyday kitchen staples. Could hear the subways at night but it wasn’t disruptive. Communications were mostly quickly responded to but Could have been more thorough.

impossible de rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. On m'avait dit d'appeler le jour mĂȘme de mon arrivĂ©e (agence fermĂ©e le dimanche ) ! des heures Ă  chercher Ă  rĂ©cupĂ©rer un code auprĂšs d'une vendeuse dans une boutique qui ne parlait pas un mot de français. Des heures Ă  tĂ©lĂ©phoner Ă  droite et Ă  gauche et Ă  attendre dans un cafĂ© ! Quel stress et quelle fatigue. Inadmissible. Pour le reste, appartement trĂšs bien, confortable, trĂšs propre, bien placĂ©. Mais une expĂ©rience que nous ne renouvellerons jamais de cette maniĂšre.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait avec possibilitĂ© d’explorer la ville facilement. L’appartement est trĂšs propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©, Ă  l’exception de quelques manques: nombres de verres et de chaises. Il n’y a quasiment pas de lumiĂšre naturelle mais c’est un point de chute parfait pour visiter et dormir Ă  proximitĂ©. La procĂ©dure de remise des clefs serait Ă  amĂ©liorer car pas de code d’identification Ă  l’aller et commerce fermĂ© au retour pour la dĂ©pose donc il a fallu Ă  chaque fois appeler le service client, toujours joignable et rĂ©actif mais cela pourrait ĂȘtre plus simple. Au final, trĂšs bonne semaine en famille pour profiter de Paris.

Logement bien situĂ©, mĂ©tro Oberkampf Ă  2mn. TrĂšs propre, bien Ă©quipĂ© avec 2 SDB. La douche de la SDB de la chambre dĂ©borde immanquablement et inonde le sol, seul vrai inconvĂ©nient. Literie propre et confortable y compris le canapĂ©-lit. Pas de fenĂȘtre mais porte vitrĂ©e et petit velux, trĂšs calme car situĂ© dans une cour intĂ©rieure ; on n’entend absolument pas les bruits de rue ni les voisins. Le grondement lointain du mĂ©tro ne gĂȘne vraiment pas. Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, kits avec gel et shampooing bien apprĂ©ciĂ©s, papier toilette, serviette de bain, tout est fourni. Manque un torchon pour s’essuyer les mains et/ou la vaisselle ainsi qu'une Ă©ponge mais supĂ©rette tout prĂšs. Quelques sachets de thĂ© et des capsules nespresso fournis Ă©galement. Bref un logement idĂ©al pour passer quelques nuits si vous ne comptez pas passer vos journĂ©es Ă  l’intĂ©rieur. Nous Ă©tions 6 adultes et c’était parfait pour nous (hormis la douche).

Beim frĂŒhen Check-In gab es etwas Schwierigkeiten, da die SchlĂŒsselbox erst eine Stunde spĂ€ter als vereinbart aufging, auf unsere Nachrichten und Anrufe wurde nicht reagiert und wir standen eine Stunde im Gang des Hauses vor verschlossener SchlĂŒsselbox. Zudem war es kompliziert, die TĂŒre abzuschließen. Alles in allem wĂŒrden wir die Unterkunft aber weiter empfehlen, da sauber, 2 BĂ€der, gerĂ€umig, modern und top Lage.
