The apartment was OK - clean and comfy - but on arrival we had not been given the keycode to access the keys. So, after a 10 hour journey we arrived with 2 children (one with a disability) in the dark, rain and cold and couldn't get our keys. It took about an hour to get through on the phone and be given the code. Also, we checked the smoke alarm which was not working. We asked for this to be rectified urgently and despite the promise that this would happen it did not. It is illegal to rent a holiday apartment without a work8ng smoke alarm. Despite the apartment being OK and central and OK we would not book through this company again.

Good stay.

Lovely property in a great location. Very clean. There were only minor issues, like basic supply understocking and absence of some everyday kitchen staples. Could hear the subways at night but it wasn’t disruptive. Communications were mostly quickly responded to but Could have been more thorough.

impossible de récupérer les clés à notre arrivée. On m'avait dit d'appeler le jour même de mon arrivée (agence fermée le dimanche ) ! des heures à chercher à récupérer un code auprès d'une vendeuse dans une boutique qui ne parlait pas un mot de français. Des heures à téléphoner à droite et à gauche et à attendre dans un café ! Quel stress et quelle fatigue. Inadmissible. Pour le reste, appartement très bien, confortable, très propre, bien placé. Mais une expérience que nous ne renouvellerons jamais de cette manière.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait avec possibilité d’explorer la ville facilement. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé, à l’exception de quelques manques: nombres de verres et de chaises. Il n’y a quasiment pas de lumière naturelle mais c’est un point de chute parfait pour visiter et dormir à proximité. La procédure de remise des clefs serait à améliorer car pas de code d’identification à l’aller et commerce fermé au retour pour la dépose donc il a fallu à chaque fois appeler le service client, toujours joignable et réactif mais cela pourrait être plus simple. Au final, très bonne semaine en famille pour profiter de Paris.

Logement bien situé, métro Oberkampf à 2mn. Très propre, bien équipé avec 2 SDB. La douche de la SDB de la chambre déborde immanquablement et inonde le sol, seul vrai inconvénient. Literie propre et confortable y compris le canapé-lit. Pas de fenêtre mais porte vitrée et petit velux, très calme car situé dans une cour intérieure ; on n’entend absolument pas les bruits de rue ni les voisins. Le grondement lointain du métro ne gêne vraiment pas. Cuisine bien équipée, kits avec gel et shampooing bien appréciés, papier toilette, serviette de bain, tout est fourni. Manque un torchon pour s’essuyer les mains et/ou la vaisselle ainsi qu'une éponge mais supérette tout près. Quelques sachets de thé et des capsules nespresso fournis également. Bref un logement idéal pour passer quelques nuits si vous ne comptez pas passer vos journées à l’intérieur. Nous étions 6 adultes et c’était parfait pour nous (hormis la douche).

Beim frühen Check-In gab es etwas Schwierigkeiten, da die Schlüsselbox erst eine Stunde später als vereinbart aufging, auf unsere Nachrichten und Anrufe wurde nicht reagiert und wir standen eine Stunde im Gang des Hauses vor verschlossener Schlüsselbox. Zudem war es kompliziert, die Türe abzuschließen. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft aber weiter empfehlen, da sauber, 2 Bäder, geräumig, modern und top Lage.
