Bright apartment, well laid out and just a stone's throw from République, The neighborhood is pleasant, Many amenities are provided, we lack nothing! The only downside to note is that the hot water tank must be a bit small, the water cools quite quickly in the shower, and the tray is a bit slippery, But that didn't bother us that much in the end, Check-in is well indicated, be sure to ring the bell at 7E and not at 1E (typo in the brief),

We stayed at this spacious and well-equipped apartment in Marais, The flat was just the right size for our family of four, and we loved having separate bedrooms and a kitchen area, Situated in a convenient location with easy access to the metro, within walking distance of the Seine and various attractions, and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, bars, and shops, You could easily spend days exploring the area, Being on the second floor, there was some noise from nearby restaurants in the evenings, but closing the windows solved that issue, On the bright side, it was easy to carry our luggage and the apartment stayed cool, The rental is mainly managed by a company, but they and the owner were quick to respond and even accommodated our early check-in request when the flat was ready, I would happily choose this place as our home base for our next visit to Paris - much preferable to hotels in my opinion

This flat offers a wonderful blend of contemporary and vintage ambiance, We truly enjoyed the kitchen and the living space, The bedroom may be a bit small, but it exudes a cozy vibe, The house gets quite warm during the summer, If all windows are shut, there is no air circulation, However, opening a few windows to allow air flow can result in noise from the street, I found that opening just two windows near the kitchen helped reduce the noise reaching the bedroom, Having a fan or air conditioning is a bonus, The check-in instructions appeared thorough in the app but were not effective, We were left feeling frustrated, The rainfall shower did not function properly, The tap water can get very hot and it's easy to accidentally alter the temperature, You need to be extremely cautious, Alicia from the host team was friendly, She phoned to inquire about our well-being, I left her a postcard as a token of appreciation,
