Villa Greta offers a stunning sea view and proximity to the beach, while its elegant design radiates freshness and style. With its spacious 250 m2, the villa provides comfortable accommodation for 6 guests, with the possibility of hosting up to 8 people.

The villa features three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm and a private bathroom with a shower. There is an additional separate WC on the ground floor for extra convenience.

Guests can enjoy preparing their favorite meals in the modernly equipped kitchen, and after a delicious meal, relax in the spacious living room with a movie or TV series on the flat HDTV screen. The living room also has a comfortable sofa bed 160 x 200 cm that can accommodate two extra guests.

From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace with a beautiful heated outdoor pool of 40 m2, surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and relaxation.

Villa Greta has a private garden with a barbecue and three parking spaces for guests' convenience. An oven, dishwasher, toaster, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and induction hob are at guests’ disposal here.
